My first time to frame an oil painting (started taking painting classes this year) was so easy and pleasant! I was provided with great service and the two paintings were ready the same day! It was really exciting to put my own art up on my wall with such a good looking frame.

We have had more than 6 frames completed by Thompson. After several years of owning our pictures, one of them slipped from the setting in the frame. Thompson, after 7 years from framing the picture fixed it for free and did it in less than 72 hours. They deserve 5+++++ stars. That is the kind of service that everyone should appreciate. I totally and absolutely recommend them for your needs. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the kind of business that will take care of you after the sale. We recently had three pieces framed here, and they did a wonderful job! It's rare these days to get outstanding customer service and really quick high-quality work, but this shop delivered. They were very understanding when we needed to make a change, and they worked with us to get the pieces exactly how we wanted them. We'll definitely be back and we'll also be recommending them to anyone we know who wants to get something framed!

Had the BEST experience with Tara. I was their most indecisive customer yet and she was so patient and helpful. Their prices are very fair and can’t beat the one day turnaround. I am looking around my house for more things to frame bc the final product is stunning. Will be recommending them to everyone I know :)

They do amazing work and it’s ready the next day. Previously I thought going to Hobby Lobby or Michaels was the least expensive way to go. Thompson has the most beautiful framing as well as great pricing.

pro was that this place does in-house framing and had my piece ready the very next day but more cons than pros, as this framer charged more than double what I've paid for similarly sized jobs other places, AND they handed me my item not yet ready to hang, without wire hardware. never have I ever received anything professionally framed that didn't come already wired and ready to go, and especially at this price point, my expectation was that it would be ready to hang. (it was not.) the man who worked with me on this was pretty prickly. not sure I would return.

Maybe Shaqar had a bad day but giving a 1 star because you came in under their radar and was overlooked for 15 min is a disservice to this company. You may wish to update your rating to at least a 3, and still get your point across. Maybe my 5 star will balance it a little but it takes a lot to overcome a 1 star. I don't personally know anyone who works here and have no connections.
