Excellent customer service all around. They’re fair and eager to assist you with anything. I do not live near their store location, actually I pass at least 6 pawn shops going to their location. They will continue to have my business.

It's funny that you can go online and find different going rates when trying to sell scrap gold but if you call this place they tell you that they have to "appraise" it. Sounded shady to me.

They would not let me inside without a mask but out of 3 employees inside not one had a mask on their face or anywhere close.

Very poor service. Very rude. They close at 6 but wont let you come in the door at 5:30. Claims you have to have a mask but they are not wearing one. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service. Door says closes at 6pm it was 5:26 and they had the door locked. I knocked a few times and this lady answers and she seemed annoyed that i was there. She says they are about to close and i told her i just wanted to look at the holsters. She says we dont sell holsters here. I then tell her i bought a holster here. Then she says you want to look if you dont believe me? I said sure. I walk in and then she says well you cant be in this building without a mask. While she had no mask at all not even one just pulled down. She had nothing. So i walked out.

Awful . Don't come here. Not enforcing mask inside store ; despite what the sign on their door says. Not much to look at ..LOTS of guns for sale though. This is a small pawn shop and I felt really dirty in here. I know all pawn shops aren't this way but I wasn't a fan of this one at all.
