I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Pawms. They are so great with our pups and have pretty much always been wonderful. We’ve tried a couple of places before finding the pawms and they are definitely the best.

Have used pawms 3x to board our beloved but severely extra cats. Nice people who obviously love animals and take good care of them (in exchange for money)

I trust them with my dog while I am out of town. They are good communicators and it seems like he has a great time there.

I'm giving them a one star rating solely because they cut my dogs whiskers off when they groomed him. We will never be back here for our dog's grooming.

Very disappointed. I will start by saying the staff was very nice and courteous. However, my dog’s hair is awful. I am not very picky when it comes to his grooms. Initially, when I saw him I thought “okay it’s short but it’s just hair”. However, he has clipper burn all in his inguinal area. He also isn’t very even and has weird patches on his body. This shouldn’t have been called a groom. It was a shave down. He doesn’t smell as if he was even bathed. I’m just very let down by the whole experience.

Take great care of Lucy, all employees well trained and love dogs. Clean facility and the dogs love playtime there.

Staff are so patient with my busy, active pup! The only place I use for boarding, daycare, and nail trims. I love the Pawms!

I took my dog for boarding. I picked her up the next day , and her paw was stocked in her sweater and she was in bad shape and could not walk. They never checked on her.

Our dog Bolt was born deaf. We were so lucky to find dog trainer Brooke McCarley to help us with the challenge of communicating with a deaf dog via sign language. Brooke never hesitates to give Bolt the extra attention he needs; she has even answered our texts on days that Bolt has been difficult to manage. Brooke also works with Bolt on easing some of his anxieties. Bolt is now a very confident and a very happy dog and loves daycare and training days! The team at Pawns Pet Resort Avondale is a second family to Bolt. Bolt thrives despite his disability because he has a second family outside his home that cares so much for him. We can't thank the team at Pawns Pet Resort at Avondale for loving our fur baby boy so much! - The Poczateks

Have used the pawns pet resort since December 2017 for our four cats and I have never been displeased. Couple times to board and also to freshen up. The staff are definitely pet lovers and it shows.Always accommodating to our last minute plans. Location is perfect for living downtown as well as when we lived on Highland Ave
