I have dealt with a lot of Allstate agencies in the past and have been unhappy with the customer service I have received, but at your agency any time I have a question I call Bridget and she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I also know that I am able to contact you any time I need to, which is exactly what I was looking for in an insurance agency.
