Very friendly service Everytime I've been. Fairly easy to locate in downtown Birmingham. Also they have many discount programs for the financially struggling customers.

I actually visited the Whitaker Clinic which is connected to the Kirkland Clinic. The visit with my Dr was excellent. The lab was swift with getting my blood work.The problem occurred when I had to have X-rays done. It was the worst experience I had ever encountered. I was there waiting for two in a half hours. They called patients that came after me before assisting me. I was the only African American waiting for X-rays and I was placed last. All of the Caucasian was assisted before me. Terrible Service in X-ray Department

I used Kirkland, Minoxidil, and it burned my scalp, I am now under the care if a Dermatologist, I have seen her three times already, it is costing me a pretty penny. No response from you company at all. People please be careful if you choose to use this product.

Came here for an MRI on my neck and to see a neurologist. I was given a full set of cloth scrubs. Not a paper set or a gown that was falling off. I really appreciate having access to pants and shirt. The lady was professional and courteous. They offer Ear plugs and have blow up things to go along the head for stabilization. I was also given a wedge for my legs to go on. Dr. Hadley, as always was courteous, kind and to the point. He is thorough in his work and examinations. After having previous negative experiences elsewhere, I will only go here for my neck and see this doctor moving forward.

Should be posted to LAB BLOODWORK NOT PHARMACY!!*************************Jackie, (Jacqueline), wow what a sweet person. She is professional,does a great job with people. She cares!! First and foremost she comes to work with a positive attitude. Bad attitudes speak volumes about a person, you won'tsee that in this lady.She is a phlebotomist in the lab.People do take notice of good folks.For those of you who choose to benegative..that is your problem just don't make it mine.Keep up the good work Ms. Jacqueline, He sees.Bless you andThank You from the old folks.I don't know how they put you in the pharmacy.
