Absolutely loved this Hotel! My wife and I stayed at the Kelly this past weekend for our Anniversary trip, and the service was outstanding. The valet services was the best I have ever encountered. They helped load and unload our car, and Jonathan even opened the car door for my wife. They are very professional! Definitely will be staying there again!

From a B2B standpoint, one of the worst hotels I worked with.
I reached out to Hilton regarding a high clientele coming in the same day and asked for a credit card auth so payment can be placed on our corporate card. I waited hours and called two more times before getting someone to help with this. Unfortunately, the two people who sent it did not know how to property download a google doc to a regular doc and on two separate occasions sent google doc links that my organization was unable to open. They ended up copying and pasting the form in an email, which took 30 minutes to fix the format issues prior to sending it to them.
Fast forward, a few days after the reservation, I called to get a folio/receipt and they send one...that is completely blank. No balances, no item descriptions, just a blank folio. I called back a couple of days later and asked for a corrected one. I first made sure that the right card was charged. They stated yes it was, but it was charged a "No Show Fee" but in the same sentence said that they can confirm that the credit card left on file for incidentals was not charged. If the person was a no-show, how is there another cc on file for incidentals. I confirmed with the client that they came after in the morning for a few hours as told to the hotel previously, but they still marked them down as a no-show. Not too much of a big deal because the no show cost and the nightly rate was the same. But after reaching out for five days after being told that the only way I can get a detailed receipt is to talk to a manager, I threated to call corporate and I FINALLY got the detailed receipt. The problem? There was a price discrepancy.
I called the hotel for the umteenth time and asked why did the daily rate amount change. I was not given a straight forward answer. I gave up trying to work with the hotel and sent the receipt to corporate as well as the previously locked in price (we have a contract with them) and "give us three days to look into this" turned into seven with no response.
Personally, I would avoid this hotel a a business. I've worked with other Hilton hotels, but on the administrative end, this is one of the most discombobulated hotels I've worked with.

It's a very nice hotel with nice amenities, in a nice area downtown and the furnishings are very cool. The hotel staff are very friendly.

Arrived at check-in time, and had to wait an hour for the room to be available. We were traveling for a concert, and had to change plans bc the room wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be. No accommodations were offered.

Richard & Conner were there to check us in at valet. They were very courteous and professional. They even recommended a restaurant near by. Eric was very helpful in helping us to understand the unexpected extra cost we were charged on the valet fees. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and within walking distance to a few restaurants.

No real parking except for using their valet…($38)
I’m still waiting on someone from management to return my call from my 1-night stay for a concert (5/31). My card was charged for their restaurant/bar when I never went there AT ALL while I was there. Didn’t notice the charge until after the deposit charge was reversed.

This place is nothing special. Not horrible, but nothing amazing. Our room was small and the bed was not a King. The shower door didn't close properly, the shower gel bottle attached to the shower wall was out of soap and the Keurig didn't work at all. While the location of the hotel is good and has good walkability to local places, the valet situation is a mess and it's very pricey. It also takes quite a while to get your car when you need it, even when they are clearly slow.
