I have been going to this target for 8+ years. I have been using drive up for 4-5 years. Used to love it. I have had 4 experiences where items have been forgotten. I have gone into the store and talked to worker a, have tried to call with no luck getting a hold of anyone and I have contacted corporate. This is just disappointing. I am beyond frustrated at this point

My family and I always enjoy shopping at the Homewood location. The staff are always friendly. The store is always neat and clean, with the usual random restocking boxes located neatly out of the aisles for shopping convenience. In my experience, I am almost always greeted when I walk in the front door. Check out is always very friendly and professional. Definitely my favorite Target store in the Birmingham area.

It was difficult to find items that I intended to purchase. Also, there was no signage to display prices on item I ran across while shopping in the store.

My wife was harassed by a staff member while trying to check out, grabbing items from her bag in the self checkout and looming over her.
