I wish I could give them 0 stars...My husband and I had an absolutely horrible experience at Tameron which left us not ever wanting to shop at Tameron and to discourage others from doing so. We felt disrespected and think the employees viewed us as a stupid couple that could easily be taken advantage of. Here are some of the issues we had:(Antoine was our sales person and Phil was his manager.)- The biggest issue we had was how we were treated when we said we were using outside financing. I understand if per their policy outside financing may not be an option, but that is quick and easy to convey. Phil talked to us for almost 10 minutes (with us saying barely anything) about that topic, but he more or less kept bringing up unrelated situations and unrelated laws to prove his point and kept going down rabbit holes. He also said to us it was against the law for us to use outside financing. The way he "schooled" us gave us the impression that he thought we were ignorant.- We were not listened to at all by either Phil or Antoine.In the van there was a clicking noise when pressing or letting go of the accelerator pedal. This wasn't neccessarily going to factor in buying the van, but we did want to see if we could find out why it was doing that. My husband works on commercial trucks for a living and is good with vehicle maintenance. We asked multiple times to see if the clicking noise could be checked out. We were told that every car eventually goes through a safety inspection, but it was never clarified if that specific van had gone through the inspecion already. Phil said sometimes he will post a vehicle for sell before the inspection. We were told if an inspection already happened, we could look at the report to see if it mentioned anything, but that report was never shown to us despite us asking multiple times.We also wanted to know what warrenty packages were available and their cost before deciding on the van. We had conveyed this multiple times, but no information was ever given to us. We were just told "That is our financing department, let me go check on that" and then nothing came from it.- Multiple times during our conversations, Antoine and Phil both would leave the desk to go check on a question we had (mostly reguarding the clicking noise and the warrenties) and keep us waiting for 10-15 minutes each time! Then every time they came back they immediately tried to get us to make a deal without even addressing the question we had. We NEVER had our questions answered.- The van we looked at was dirty inside and out, and I found the previous owner's personal items in different compartments throughout the van. This included a dayschool key card, sunglasses, medications, and 2 unopened cans of BEER!- When Antoine contact me the next day, he only sent me a short text message. I felt like that was not personable at all.Over all our experience was much more stressful and gave us a bigger migraine than buying our first home (a forclosed house) with the crazy high interest rates, which should not have been the case. We were at the dealership way longer than expected which made us completely miss dinner, made us pick up our toddler late and get her into bed way past her bed time, which meant we had to stay up even later caring for a fussy toddler. I know we could have left at any time, but we were really interested in the van and wanted to work things out despite the long wait time until we were pretty much treated like we were stupid for wanting to use outside financing.We ended up buying the same van (2017 Chrystler Pacifica) from a different dealership (for more than the van at this dealership) and had an amazing and positive experience.

I dropped my Hyundai Sonata in to get an oil change around midday. They gave me a full diagnostic review from which I chose from to have work done. They were efficient and had my car completed before the end of day. I was extremely pleased with the staff, the service & the waiting area was beautiful and relaxing.

I had a very seamless process buying my first car working with Xavier Morgan. He explained all the paperwork very clearly and answered all my questions with no hesitation. He also took the time walk me through setting up the car to my phone and making the settings to my liking. I would highly recommend him for your next car buying experience.

Yesterday I went into Tameron Hyundai to look at a 2018 Mustang GT. I arrived 30 minutes before the sales department officially opened, and as i was getting out of the car I was greeted by James. Immediately I thought to myself of the old saying, “if you’re early you’re on time, and if you’re on time you’re late”. My customer experience was phenomenal the entire time. He made sure my significant other was taken care while handling the purchase process. He was a very relatable guy, made the experience much less stressful than any other car buying experience I've had thus far. I’d just like to say thank you to the entire Tameron Hyundai sales team, and special shout out to James! Thanks

2nd UPDATE, RESONSE TO MANAGER:I have never felt more ripped off than I have from Tameron. I bought a used vehicle for $10k, it died within a week, and Tameron has done everything they can to avoid responsibility and I had to pay $3,500 to get the vehicle running again. So I changed my original review and described my experience so other car shoppers could see what kind of dealership this is (as you can read below).They're response wasn't to take care of the customer like any other dealership would, but instead they called me a liar and said there's no record of the sale. How unprofessional!So I'm adding a picture of the bill of sale so that the world can see what kind of company they are.They did leave a number and name for me to call the GM so I called and left messages several times. But once again they have completely ignored me.This is the 4th vehicle I've bought from the Hyundai/Kia group because I've been a big fan and loyal customer for years, so I am more than willing to change this review if Tameron wants to take responsibility for what they've done. They can find my name and phone number on the record of the sale in their files, or from the many voicemails I have left. But for now I feel ripped off, ignored, falsely accused for simply telling other how they treated me.I will be posting this review everywhere on the internet that I can find such as Tameron's Facebook page, Hyundai USA, Consumer Affairs, BBB, and many others, unless Tameron wants to retract their statement calling me a liar, admit the sale DID take place, and do something about what I feel was a most nefarious sale.EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW - at first I gave a good review. But within a week, my car completely broke down. I bought a used vehicle that was only 6 years old and in great condition for $10k. But in a week the engine completely died. I tried calling Tameron many times, emailing and they just kept saying they'll call me back. They dodged my calls for weeks, finally told me it's not their problem. I had to pay $3500 to get it running again (a valve broke and needed to rebuild upper engine).I ran into the salesman about a month later, he said he quit working there because management knowingly sells cars that are faulty, damaged and unreliable. He felt guilty ripping people off so he quit.Wow. I will never go to Tameron again!

Highly recommend coming here before settling for a vehicle. Ask for Mark Hodgson, he was great through the entire process and made sure we had the right car/color we wanted before we made our purchase. Excellent company!!! We will be back!!!

The friendliness of the staff here was unparalleled. They were awesome and respected me as a woman, instead of taking advantage of me as many car shops do. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that their prices are a bit more than my local mechanic charges, however, for a recall and general inspection they were fairly priced and exceptional of service & time. I would definitely go back for certain services, but I would definitely check their prices versus some local mechanics.

Will and Alese were phenomenal! From the moment we walked in we had a great experience. We knew exactly what we wanted and they helped us get the perfect vehicle for our teenager. They were thorough, made sure we didn’t go thirsty, took us on a great test drive (highway, windy roads, interstate) and detailed the vehicle for us. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Mark Hodgson. I just got my second Santa Fe and he made it very easy. He was very patient and has followed up. I would recommend Mark and Tameron Hyundai for your next car buying experience.

My salesperson, Dallas, was great. He really worked hard, even after the sale, to make sure our car was clean and ready to go. The experience on the way to the dealer? Not great. While test driving the car the DAY BEFORE, I was heavily pushed into making a purchase that same day, even after repeated iterations that I was not going to purchase the car. Instead, I told Dallas that I would be returning the next day to purchase the car. The following morning, I receive a phone call asking if I was still planning on making my planned appointment at 4:00 pm. I confirmed, and he had the car detailed and pulled around front for when we got there. My wife took off work early, I boarded by dog and took off work myself the whole day. I allocated the money for the purchase. I called Tameron 2 hours before to tell them I am on the road heading there. ON THE WAY TO THE DEALER, I receive a call that the car is being sold to someone else. I was not asked to place a deposit, I was not asked if I wanted to buy it first, I was simply ignored and the car was being sold out from under me. Only because the potential buyer was denied credit, was I allowed to purchase the car after the 2 hour car ride there. An absolutely awful, deceitful, and ignorant way to do business. While the salesman I had was great, management was anything but.

Matt was fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel like we were at home. Not only did they do everything they could to get us the car we wanted at the right price, but we had a blast while we were there. Very polite and professional 100% the best experience ive ever had buying a car!!!

Purchased used car from tameron Honda and drive 30 miles down the road car broken down and they didn't care at all. Had to have the car towed. They didn't care about that at all. Please make sure you get a mechanic to look at any car you get from these people. They can't be trusted at all. They talk a good game but the truth is far from them. Please don't buy from these people. They don't care about their customers at all, it's all about the sell and nothing else.

I have been a Tameron customer twice. I'm Really satisfied this time. I have a 2023 Tucson Limited. My salesman Xavier was most accommodating!!!It took a few months to make a decision about the best choice for me. I was interested in features..Finance was so helpful..... With those suggestion I was approved by Navy Federal Credit Union...I was concerned about the service department when the time came for my 8,000 mile check up. I had been thrilled with service at Jim Burke....I had trusted Brian Christopher with my Kona, 2020Tucson.Upon arrival I asked for Matt Austin. He had been recommended to me. Matt was very professional,and helpful. I got the courtesy car to work. Car was ready and a ride was given back to Tameron to get the car. Courtesy car driver was also kind. I am really pleased with this new experience at Tameron Hyundai.

Christina Pope was excellent with her knowledge of the inventory. I came in looking for a vehicle I saw online and she was able to get me in something much better well within my budget! I appreciate their commitment to candor and customer service. More than anything, the overall ambiance of the dealership is warm and welcoming.Thank you, Christina!
