I went to this dealership wanting to purchase a car cash but the sales manager let $200 stand between us making a deal! I didn't feel welcomed as a customer at all! Will be telling everyone about this bad experience!!

To be totally fair, we had been to several lots this day and were probably ready to be done. We were looking for an inexpensive option for a first time driver and had some specific cars we were looking for. The other Tameron lot indicated everything on this lot was under $10k. We arrived to find the car we were looking for, and let's just say it photographed exceptionally well. We glanced around the lot to see what else they had and inquired about a couple other cars they had. Surprised to find that one was actually $15k (all under $10k?). Anyway, they also had some cars out on the other side of the building, discovered quickly most of those had been in some form of accident from minor to extreme. Staff was friendly and looked to see if they had anything else that would interest us and encouraged us to check back, as they update their website regularly. I'd consider checking them out if they had something specific we wanted, but probably wouldn't make a special trip here to shop.

Bought my 2nd Honda here. Go see Alex. Excellent customer service in the service department! Chase gets you out as quick as possible with the paperwork! Every employee had there mask on. Good job guys!

Tameron Honda is the one and only place to go to for a new or used Honda. Any car for that matter. These mechanics and technicians only place a car on any of their 3 lots, (new, pre-owned, or an Economy car) after making sure that the same inspection and corrections if needed are made. Some have no warranty. That's a bummer, yet as I said. These vehicles are owned by Tameron Honda. A dealership that will exceed expectations from the moment you step out of you're car. It's no coincidence that the Service Center has won the President's Award almost as many times as Alabama has won the National Championship.! That's 15 times my friends. Bama. Stuck on 17 for a minute. That will change. Auburn fans. Why must you ALWAYS win the classics.? We win 52-45. We are number 4. Only lose would be to #1 LSU by 5 points.! Trust me. We score that, let's say 51 points. We would have missed the PAT. 51-48. Bama is #4 with a rematch of LSU waiting. But no. Auburn won. Great game. Horrible experience and heartache. That is something that is a game though. Going to a dealership that you already, with good reason, do not really expect to find good honest people. Well, this is that place. Barry Butts will put you on the track to being the proud and happy owner of anything you want. He has a sales team that is second to none. And we I have mentioned the Service Department is award winning. This place does it the way it should be done. Customer support and satisfaction is priority number one.! Treating you're car, truck, or SUV. Or any of the other many vehicles that they service as if it were their own. All the pieces of the puzzle fell into place for Tameron Honda. Go there.! You will be glad you did.

This is the MOST unprofessional car lot I have ever been to. I was speaking with the manager Mr. Lawson on 12/14 and continued our conversation about price, etc on 12/15. Finally on 12/15 he text me and said "ok we have a deal" so I made an appointment at 3pm to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. When I arrived the car was being test driven, I thought that was odd since we had made a deal and had an appointment. Mr. Lawson handed me the keys to take a look at it and when I walked back in he had the other people who had just test driven the car in his office closing the deal. Last time I checked, we have a deal and an appointment means I was 1st in line for the car. I couldn't believe the level of unprofessionalisim oh but they were so gracious to let me know that they sold the car out from under me. Thank...appreciate it.

Reginald was awesome, great salesman, however I purchased a 2008 Malibu yesterday. I left the lot and was on my way home on 459 and the engine light popped on. I called he said bring it back. I ended up spending $120 for a camshaft sensor and had to pay someone to put them on my car. Ruined my entire day. Ruined my entire attitude. Now I'm regretting purchasing the car from them. I have a sick feeling in my stomach. I wish I had went somewhere else instead.
