Table Matters is a nice shop to visit but do not make a wedding registry with them. Prices are different online than in stores, they have messed up 2/3 of my shipment orders and didn't apologize for it, the staff is snobby and rude. I am very disappointed with my experience working with Table Matters.

I wanted to buy a bridal shower gift from a local, small shop instead of from a big box retailer. I ordered a gift to be delivered to the bride since I live in a different state, selected the gift wrap and delivery option. I found out after the bridal shower that Table Matters sent a gift card to the bride instead. This has to be the most impersonal bridal gift I have ever given to a close family friend. I was excited to buy a one of kind item for them to enjoy for years to come. Instead, they received a gift card for an odd amount. Extremely disappointed!

Never have your bridal registry there! The way the handle it is so messed up. The prices online do not match in store so guest attempt to buy a platter for example thinking they bought that for the bride but if it costs more in the store you only get the amounted they paid. So you end up not being able to get the exact items that guests paid for online. Absolutely ridiculous and now their site says prices may change without notice. What kind of business is run that way. There bridal registry a joke and scam to brides. Raising prices on items bought and paid for the bride and then charging the bride more bc their prices do not match in store is just poor business.

They have a great selection and I shop there frequently but the staff isn't friendly at all so I prefer Brombergs. They have a lot of similar options.
