Brandi was very professional and very helpful at the lakeshore location and Nate was very helpful with providing the amenities that T-Mobile has to offer. Ask for them if you’re ever in that area. I’m very satisfied.

Dante helged get my laptop working again, today, Nov 28, at the T-Mobile store on Lakeshore, in Homewood. Very nice, very smart xoung man. Brandi is always so very nice and very helping when I have been been to this particular T-Mobile store before. Wonderful folks caring about their customers. Thanks T-Mobile! God bless! A bunch of children with zero sense of customer service at this location. I needed to pick up a SIM card after spending hours on the phone with tech support unsuccessfully troubleshooting my sons eSIM and I wasn’t even greeted by the two workers on the store on 10/21/2023 at 7pm for at least 10 minutes. When worker named Tan went to help the guy in front of me I asked if I could just process a quick SIM card and be on my way (2 minutes!) She was RUDE and said she was going to help the guy who had been waiting (I get that but you could tell he would be there for a while) she turned her back and walked away without saying another word - like “FU” basically. So I looked at the boy who was helping a customer who had been there awhile and wasn’t going anywhere anytime soon and said please, it will take 2 minutes and I’m late picking up my son. He asked if I had the phone, I said no it’s my sons phone and he’s at work. He said I would not be able to get the SIM without the phone. I said that was not true and there’s notes on my account. Then he said it would cost money. I said again that it’s no charge because his eSIM stopped working and was on the phone for hours trying. I left the store with no SIM. I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this store. I miss my spint peeps across the street. Either hire more mature workers or train these babies better please.

On 10/25/2023 I got a scheduled call from Representative Tykosha, who works in the Birmingham Alabama call center. She called to update me on the status of my free Netflix service. She promptly addressed each of my inquiries and provided me with the knowledge I required. She was continuously kind, articulate, and impeccably courteous; as such, she represents exceptional customer service at T-Mobile and left a lasting good impression on me. She is a Gem.. Highly Capable, use her wisely. It is my hope that her contributions to T-Mobile are recognized and duly rewarded. This further attests to T-Mobiles unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch customer service, reflecting a sincere desire to not just meet but exceed customer expectations. My family and i came in to the store interested in switching from ATT to T-Mobile. We instantly felt welcomed as all the associates greeted us at the door. The assistant manager Nate helped us with our transaction. He was so helpful and knowledgeable of everything he made the switch extremely easy. He mentioned many promotions that we qualified for which made us feel like he truly wanted the best for the customer. For anyone thinking about switching to T-Mobile please come to this location! Experience and customer service 10/10.

Came into the store for assistance porting my number from Verizon to T-Mobile. I was greeted very warmly upon arrival and assisted immediately. I was working with Trey but all of the staff including the manager Nate were such a huge help and made the transition very easy from what I’ve usually encountered. Would highly recommend this location to anybody as the customer service was superior.

My experience was subpar. I would describe the help as being non willing or non eagerly to assist. One young lady rolled her eyes and made a gasp as if I was asking her to do something that was impossible such as plugging in my device to make sure if it were the device and not the chord or were both not working. Her tone was pretty loud and rude bringing attention for which I had to correct her. At least 3 were standing around looking as if they were waiting for someone to give them instructions on how to assist. I stood not knowing their procedures. Should I sign in or what. 3 stood around with not one utter of a word. Is this what T-Mobile has come to or is it the expectations in certain areas? T-Mobile needs better in person representatives and not lackluster help. Thankfully I do not live in this area nor state.

When I came into the store I was greeted instantly and Mr.Manny helped me and went above and beyond. The store was clean and the other two female workers were very nice and helpful and made sure to greet each and every customer who walked in.

On 9/20/2023I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms NaVarafrom T-mobile customer service in Birmingham, Alabama, aboutsome technical issues. She was welcoming, friendly, always courteous, andwell-spoken. She genuinely and unexpectedly expressedinterest in my problems. I liked my overall experience and was happywiththe outcome. I genuinely think Representative Navara was committed to providing me with anaccurate account of T-Mobile's operations. An activity that demonstrates a genuine desiretosatisfy, if not delight T-mobile's customers. The choice of Representative NaVara as one ofthe faces of T-mobile's brand is fortunate. She is capable. My cell was hacked leaving me without service for about five days. Phone customer service could not help me. Visited the Homewood store and met Mr. Manny. After conferring w/his colleagues, he was able to unlock and reset my phone. He then gave me instructions on what to do when I had access to the new password. I did exactly what he told me. Five days w/o my phone. WOW!!! Mr. Manny saved the day. I'm back online. Can't say enough about Mr. Manny; a true southern gentleman. They are hard to find.
