First photo is what I asked for, the rest is exactly how my hair came out. I got bangs, a very bad layering job that doesn’t even blend together and my ends are just ew. Honestly so disappointed in this. Haven’t taken my hair out of a bun/pony since getting it done. The second pic after the reference photo was the same day I got it done. I got told “you’ll just have to go home and play with it a little to make it work” I’ve tried wearing my hair in its natural curl state, straightening it, half up half down, completely down nothing is “making it work” im honestly so upset about this. I also only asked for an inch off my hair, I got about 3 inches cut off ? I didn’t even need that much cut off as I’m very strict on what I do and use in my hair so it had barely any split ends. I just wanted a little trim, and layers as my hair is SO thick.
Enough about the rant though, definitely would not ever go back here or recommend it!

maybe focus more on the cut and try to talk less. the cut around ears don't match by an 8th-1/4" difference.should not ever happen/making sure the left and right side are even.or did covid make everyone lose focus.
