Came in to return a pair I decided wasn't for me and they helped me quickly and without hassle. They also recommended me a new pair and gave me the exact model number so I could order it online. Shout-out to Thomas!

The initial visit was good. However, they did not have the glasses I wanted so they placed and order to be shipped to my home address. Was told to expect delivery in 3-4 business days. After 2 weeks I have not received my glasses nor any communications. I went on-line to check my order and was told it had been canceled the day after placing the order (again, no communications what's-of-ever). I was told I would need to return to the store to get a refund. When I contacted the store they could not provide any information as to why my order was canceled because they don't get communications from the on-line service. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have EVER had with a retailer. When I return to the store to get my refund I was told I would have to wait until the manager returned from lunch because she had to do any on-line refunds (even though she wasn't the one that placed the order). Finally, when the manager returned, she lacked serious customer service skills to the point she turned her back on me and walked away while she cleaned the lens of another customers glasses. I will NEVER deal with ANY Sunglass Hut again.
