While waiting for the order I never received and had to call for a refund about, I witnessed multiple instances of mostly one person making fun of customers and orders and also giving customers a hard time like telling the other employees with an attitude to tell the car to drive around again which made the car just leave. All my time I had left wasted here .

I personally had a bad experience with the store manager Brooke. I’m a visibly gay person and it was clear that they had a problem. The whole time I was there, they would constantly stare at me customer service was really lacking in their tone. As a member of the lgbtq+ community, it felt disheartening for another member to act that way towards someone.

Service not as great at this location and it’s also hard to get in and out at this location. It’s gets super crowded and backed up. Other than that just your average Starbucks.

Just got a coffee filled to the absolute brim just after brewing. Hot coffee is good but not when it’s scalding your hands and pants.

Out of all of the Starbucks in the Birmingham market, with the exception of the alabaster Kent dairy farm Starbucks, I would say they are one of the best. It's hard to find great starbucks customer service with no mistakes made. The others in my opinion are probably one star, maybe 2 star at best, in my opinion.Doesn't mean they can't make improvements with the proper coaching and proper management.

30 minute drive thru, and was given the wrong order. I assume they were short staffed, but they had 6 people working when I got to the window.

The service is the slowest of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for any mobile app order and 30+ minutes for any drive-through order. Drinks aren’t consistent and the inside is very dark.

Food and drinks consistent to the brand. Service was bad this visit due (which was unusual) to timing of the items in my order. Atmosphere too utilitarian for. Before the remodel it was cozy.

I’m pretty sure my coffee didn’t have any coffee in it, after I waited in the drive thru for 40 mins. Horrible, horrible location.

Lobby closed. Online ordering disabled. It is very common for this location. The next location, a mile down the road, doesn't have the same issues.

If you order on your way to work make sure you order at least 25-30 minutes ahead I’ve had to leave twice without my order. Loss of money, time, and much needed caffeine.

This place has been going down hill the past couple of months. They are extremely slow and they don’t care too much about quality customer service. They act as if they don’t care and like they don’t want to be there. We spent 45 minutes in the drive through line and only 4 cars ahead of us. It was horrible.
