The store was very well maintained, I wish I got the lady's name who helped me at the printing service but she has a cute Bob.
This location is kind of out of the way for me like 25ish minutes but I really needed to come to Staples to do a return and then I started shopping while I was there and then I got the printing service so very much worth the trip

I came in to buy an office chair I found exactly what I needed at a price that was lower than internet pricing the associate was very accommodating to my needs very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with all in under 15 minutes

Terrence helped me Saturday with some stuff I had to print and scan in. He was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful throughout the process. He deserves to be recognized because more people should have his approach to customer service.

I went in recently to buy a plastic roller pad for the floor under a desk chair. It seemed to be quite a bit more expensive than the last one I bought a couple of years ago at the same store, but I guess everything is more expensive these days. Staples is a good place to buy anything needed in a business office and we need some of that stuff at home as well. I like the fact that they will pay $2 for every empty ink cartridge you you bring in to recycle. It kind of takes some of sting out of buying high price replacement ink for your printer.

I have just picked up my Christmas cards and labels. I had a minor issue, but it was quickly resolved. I appreciate the kindness of everyone who works here. It's evident they work hard for all your printing needs!

The staff is exceptionally courteous and expeditious. Especially in the copy/print area where demands can be the highest, they do an amazing job of taking care of us. I have never had a bad experience here.

I arrived at opening to complete the process for TSA Pre-check. The associate was very knowledgeable and completed the prices in about 10 minutes. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Worst experience! We walked in the employees just starred at us and did not say anything! I refuse to spend my money at a place that lacks basic customer service skills!

Customer Service is everything! Nice young lady (Ney) who was serving in the print area didn’t mean to be sarcastic but she was. It’s started when I first walked in and ask how much would it be to get black print on my own card stock paper? I never said what color paper. She responded I don’t think I can print on black paper. I responded no I would like black ink on white paper. Maybe I said it wrong. She yeah because I was confused…. Ok!She asked if i wanted multiple on one sheet and at the time I wanted it a certain size and I knew it wouldn’t be able to do multiple unless I did it smaller that a 5x8 so I replied, No. I understand she was offering and this was helpful information not knocking this at all.After, I reviewed my document could go down a size without it messing up the quality of what I was printing, I asked for the price if I did 2 on one page. She replied: that’s what I was saying at first. Ok, but that’s not what I wanted at first but now I do.Then I was going to pick up the next day but I chose to do same day pick up because the price dropped drastically. I guess it bothered her I changed my mind. She said ok I will call you when it’s done. No time range or anything just I will call you when it’s done. Oh ok! By the way the lady in front of me she helped, she didn’t get smart with her one time maybe she felt the need to be sarcastic with me.Anyway, my advice is not that customers are always right because sometimes they aren’t. I know that my attitude was intact and I asked questions because that’s what I do and I didn’t get smart but I felt like she did in the conversation twice. Your response and reaction towards a person can go a long way. I’m only giving a 1 star because of her customer service.I will go continue to shop at this one because this is the first time I have had to do a review on someone here. I have been loyal customer a long time.

I ordered a poster to be printed off that has a man's shirt off & his "body parts" completely covered. Staples canceled my order, without called me & sending an email that I didn't have the copyright. I called Staples on Edwards Lake Rd, after answering & explaining that I purchased the print, there wasn't a copyright infringement, I held for 10 minutes, to retell the situation & was then told, "if our employee feels uncomfortable with the print they don't have to print it" (nothing to do with copyright) I asked why, no answer. Why was this any different from going to the beach??? He told me he "could give me a refund"...DUH!!! You didn't provide the service you advertise!!! When I asked for his manager HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I'm SHOCKED at the horrible response & service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Also, another printing store gladly printed it! If I could give no stars, I would!
