Robert and Josh delivered my new couch and it was not easy getting it up 24 steps and into my apartment but they did it with a smile on their faces and they were phenomenal. Thank you very much

Josh and Robert did an excellent job delivering within the timeframe agreed upon. They checked the chair to make sure everything was working and were careful getting it off the truck and getting it into the house. They were polite and respectful. Thank you

I would like to commend the drivers that delivered my mother’s chair. Robert and his helper were very polite and friendly. You don’t see a lot of that anymore and I felt they should be recognized for a job well done. Thanks again to both of you.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Andrea has been wonderful. Very nice and communication about my delivery was great. Donald CD7 and his partner were very nice & helpful. I wish all my furniture deliveries (ahem RTG) were this easy!!! Will definitely buy from standard furniture again!!!! Thanks again Andrea & Donald (and partner) ?

Eundrea gave me a warm greeting as soon as I came in. Very professional and knowledgeable about her job. I would definitely recommend my friends and family. I must also say my grandmother loves her lift chair. Great quality!

Unload by appointments but will work with you if you get there ahead of time .. open on Tuesday - Saturday ...Closed Sundays and Mondays....usually unload pretty quickly.

Great people. So helpful. Helped me put new chair in car. Friendly people inside the office and on the dock. The warehouse manager is a beautiful and lovely person.
