Key was awesome!!!!! We had a very complicated situation and she took care of it as opposed to the other 7 representatives that just couldn't get the job done correctly . Key displayed a great attitude and remained patient and kind. She is definitely a keeper!!! We were very pleased with the customer service she had to offer!!

I came into this location one night 8 minutes before closing because my new phone wouldn't take my previous sim card. Instead of telling me they couldn't help me because they were getting ready to close the salesman went above and beyond to help me. He called tech support and everything he needed to do to solve my problem. I ended up staying past closing time but it meant a lot to me that he went above and beyond for the customer. That is very rare these days. This is my new location! Trussville staff you rock!!!!!

This is the worst sprint store I have ever went too! The sales lady Latoya sold me the wrong phone and charged me twice for my activation fee. I was suppose to get reimbursed and the manager Allen told me that I would! It had been a month and I haven’t got any money or a follow up call! Never go to this store

We prefer dealing with live folks I instead of apps and telephone customer service when making big purchases. They stay are friendly and knowledgeable. We have used this location for our past few phone purchases. And will continue to use them.

I really like this store , the people who work there actually know what they're doing and help give you the best prices. Not alot of companies actually make deals on prices for you especially the accessories. IM BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I CHOSED THIS STORE OVER THE ROEBUCK STORE.

Great employees with Integrity and witnessed At&t deny my imports after fraud. AT LEAST TINA THE MANAGER OF AT&T AND JORDAN AN EMPLOYEE OF HERS CARED ABOUT TRUE FRAUD.. GOD BLESS THEM AMEN.

I don't even know where to begin with this store. The man that I believe runs this store is very nice and helpful, but I've only seen him in there a handful of times. The rest of the staff is NOT. I am changing carriers due to the horrible customer service I've continued to receive since I opened my account early 2016. There have been multiple times that I've tried to get help in store just for the representatives (who are usually on their own phones texting) to tell me that I needed to call in to Sprint. And every time I've called, I've been told that I could've been helped in store. The man that runs the place has helped. But his associates seem to not want to do what they are paid for. If you're needing help, I'd suggest going to another store.

The food of course was good. I'm giving four stars b/c I ordered through the subway app, and they didn't actually have the food made. So I still had to wait. They apologized though haha. If I'd had a larger order I'd probably be mad, but it was just for me .

I went to this Sprint store to try and change my phone services from AT&T to Sprint because they had a better unlimited plan. This was about a year ago. The lady was nice but the guy over her couldn't figure out how to get the phone to change over so he just claimed the phone was stolen. Lol. A phone I bought new from AT&T. He needs to work on his Customer service skills.
