From the moment I walked in the door GV made the entire experience easy and efficient. My kids actually enjoy trips to the storage facility, first because they are sheltered, but second because they get to ride the carts which are conveniently located at the entrance. There are also water fountains in the hallways and clean bathrooms on every floor. I checked with three other nearby storage facilities but only one had cheaper prices and that did not include their mandatory renters insurance, which put the price much higher than Space Savers HWY 280. Overall you get more and pay less with Space Savers HWY 280.

I moved from another storage location to be closer to my residence. I love the convenience of the access to the facility,
the cleanliness and the availability of the carts. I'm so glad I made that move, not to mention, the staff is friendly & helpful, their availability and the friendly reminders about due dates. I would highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.

GV was awesome!! The transaction was seamless. GV took the time to show me around and make sure I knew where everything was located. I would defiantly recommend Space Savers Hwy 280.

Amazing experience!!! Derrick had the best attitude and personality.. I had a Luxury storage experience. They offered water, coffee, anything to make comfortable. These personal touches are what made this experience a 10/10. It was another gentleman present he was just as nice and pleasant. Plus they had the best prices around… I called 4 other storage facilities and they beat them by at least 40 dollars.

Renting this storage unit was one of the best customer service experiences I have had lately. The manager, GV, was very friendly and thorough from the moment I called, through signing the paperwork and the communications we have had after the move in. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a storage unit.

We downsized a couple of years ago and stored almost an entire house’s furnishings for ~2 years. Love the climate controlled facility and ease of access to units. Also, the management is outstanding - great customer service. Highly recommend!

Space Savers Storage is top notch! We were one of their first customers when they first opened & their great service has never wavered. GV and Derek keep the place clean. They are always friendly and available. We feel at ease knowing our keepsakes are stored securely with keypad entry & the staffs watchful eyes along with the presence too of a Shelby County Sheriff substation located on the premise. If you’re looking for storage, this is the best!

OK, primarily for business it seems I'm always renting storage units. Space Savers stands out from the crowd for several reasons.
It is clean, I mean really clean. It is convenient, I love that I can either turn right to hit BH Pkwy or loop through the lot and turn left using the light. The on site team is extremely friendly and wonderfully responsive and fast when a question or need arises. And, lastly, perhaps one of my personal favorites; they have clean restrooms inside the building where the storage is. All in all, a real winner if you need a place to store your worldly possessions.
