“After a horrible experience and being told that I'm "a risk," the day before by Enterprise Car Rental who I'd sworn by for over 7 years and used from a travel CNA all the way up to a travel RN, and being told that Alamo, National, nor Enterprise would rent to me based on someone else's (not even the customer) behavior and the fact that I called customer service to inquire about policy because of just rented from them in July and the night before, and had a future rental set for the 24th of September, I thank BUDGET for stepping up and making me feel like a human, a citizen and not an illegal attempting a crime. “I'm officially a budget rental car fan. I had a reservation with enterprise and got screwed over. I reserved a vehicle and when I showed up I was told they didn't have my vehicle nor could I rent a vehicle with a debit card.
Budget not only found me a vehicle at the last minute they also allowed me to rent my vehicle with a debit card. The rental was also an upgrade to what I was going to rent from enterprise plus it was less expensive! Hats off to Budget rental cars at the Birmingham airport! “After 3 hours of running to 2 different locations and over an hour on the phone with uhaul, this location solved my needs. Very friendly front desk staff. Clean environment and the truck was clean and easy to operate.The staff at this location made everything so easy after such run around we had been through all day.”
“Sara the manager at this location helped resolve a drop off problem that broke down 3 times via phone with main office, 1 time in person & several $ charges later with the Uptown location. She went the extra mile after I wasted hours on the phone dealing with my drop location a week later. And they still tried to stick her with the problem she was not involved in. Shady. Rent from this location.”
“I have recently had some bad experiences dealing with U-Haul locations, but my experience at this location was excellent! The guy behind the customer service counter was super friendly and my reservation was set and ready to go. I had absolutely zero issues with picking up the equipment and dropping it back off. Even though they aren’t the closest to me, I think I will make this my go to location along with the one in Vestavia. Those locations seem to get it right!”
