We went to retrieve our things today and our lock had been cut and a new lock placed on the unit. Our account is fully paid and current and we received no prior notification of any changes. We have been on the phone with management for two hours with no resolution. We have no way of knowing whether our belongings are still in the unit. Unacceptable customer service. Do not rent here.
Follow up 24 hours later…. Our unit was broken into and everything stolen. The manager apparently noticed on Saturday, put a new lock on it, and didn’t notify us. When the police came, they said they’d been there 5 times recently for the same reason. Surveillance cameras were “broken”.
