Beautiful clothing and wonderful costumer service! I had a hard time choosing a dress for an event because they had so many great styles. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely make a point to stop back in when I'm in town.

Walked in and not one staff member welcomed me or my mom, if you’re going to have a business especially in the south then be kinder. Will not be coming back!!

You know that old saying.. Don't judge a book by its cover? Well the same thing applies for clothing stores. By just hearing the name of this place (Shoefly) you would assume that it is a shoe store. But it is not just that. It is a very nice boutique. Yes, they do have shoes as well, but it is not just shoes as the name would imply. The boutique is nice. It is however pricey. But they do seem to do a lot of good. I saw a lot of handmade clothing from italy in the store which is not seen too many other places around. As you can assume that clothing was expensive. I found a couple of cute things to try on and I did so. But when I came out from my dressing room asking for suggestions or another side the lady at the cash was a little on the rude side because she was helping a person check out. I was not asking her to drop what she was doing for me I was just asking for another size of a dress and if a certain shirt looked okay on me. The other thing was I was trying to have a conversation with her and she seemed to be in he own world. Walking away and just not being a helpful sales person what so ever. When she was done checking out the other lady she came to help me but was not helpful in the slightest. It honestly seemed like she was just trying to make a sale. I understand when you are working on commission and it is hard, but at the same time don't pressure your shoppers into buying something... That's not professional.. I over heard her mention that this weekend is tax free weekend. But when I made the purchase of the dress that I was interested after she got me the right size, I think that there was an issue. I winded up paying more then expected for the dress. the dress was originally $68.00 and I winded up spending around $75.00. Since it is tax free weekend this price change very much surprised me... Because of how versatile the dress is and how beautiful it is, I feel it was worth the price at the end, but still don't tell someone that the dress will be one price then overcharge them. It is beautiful, however, mustard yellow and navy blue. Which I can wear through the rest of summer and into fall with a light denim jacket. As I told the sales person, because of my very fair skin, I cannot always wear mustard yellow tops especially when they are up close and personal with my face. I was trying to describe these things to her, but she was just not understanding nor did she act like she cared. I think if I hit this store on the right note when there are bigger sales, I might walk away happy. But I was not the happiest of campers today.

I really love this store. The clothes, shoes and accessories are unique and also fit a range of sizes and tastes! The employees are helpful and have shown me items that I'd never thought I'd like but are now some of my go-tos.
