RUDE WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Will NEVER patronize this place again. Came in and purchased 4 white owl cigars. Once I got home I realized it was only 3 in bag. Tried call but number listed says disconnected. Stop by the next day to let them know and cashier and store owner were both RUDE. Cashier (heavy set Mexican lady with red hair, that’s always sitting down) told me that they can run the camera back. Manager come out and tells me he’s not responsible for what happen yesterday. Which is insane! You are always responsible what your employees do or don’t do. Horrible customer service. Based on some of the other reviews being rude is common with these ppl.

The cashier was very rude. She wanted to charge $9.99 for a Mountain Dew 12 pack while the Sign says its only $7.59.This is stealing people openly

Probably won’t come back here again. Lady behind the glass was very rude and unwelcoming. Walked in with a smile and said hello and she just ignored me and looked at me like I wasn’t even standing there. Tuesday March 5th at 12:20 am. Whoever she is needs to be taught hospitality and customer service. Smh

The worst I don’t know of the white guy os the owner but I had a problem with the pump straight but hole about the situation, then when they couldn’t get the gas pump to work she’ll held $230 on my card for gas I didn’t even buy.. will never go back and cancel my rewards because of them..

At 12:38 p.m. cst Laura, the cashier, Lee, the owner of 3300 Lorna Road, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216 “Shell” refused to refund my $10.00 (service rendered) for purchased gas or provide the gas. I informed Laura that I was on pump #3 but she insisted that I said that I was on pump #4 and that someone else has pumped the gas. After her refusal, I contacted Hoover Police Department and they responded. I feel that I was discriminated against. I was told by Hoover Police Department to not return to his place of business. I agree with that but Lee, the store owner needs the franchise name “Shell” removed from his business. I will be filing a grievance against this location and its owner for refusal of service rendered. I clearly paid for a product and he decided not to provide it to me. This was clearly an act of discrimination. He chose this hoping that I would be assaulted possibly or detained for contacting the authorities but the officers were cool and resolved the issue for him. Lee nor his cashier Laura, was not legally held responsible nor the other customer who drove off with the gas. I believe that there enough evidence to show that Lee knew I did not receive my purchase. I feel they should be held accountable for or at least seek the person who drove off the gas because I told them who he was. I identified him. Lee and his cashier, Laura made this a horrible experience. One many black men share. However I am the proud owner of #QuestionEverythingByMAN Situations like this is exactly why. We need to know where our money is going to and where. Stay away from #Shell on 3300 Lorna Road if you are black, African American. We are not the treated the same. We work to hard for our money to continue to give it away to people who do not respect us. #StayWoke

I just went to get gas and the pump stopped at six dollars, I went to let the attendant know and she was very nasty with an attitude when I told her the pump stopped, she told me " I have nothing to do with that, go to another pump" Now is it me or does she work there??? I will never return to this GAS Station Again!! I suggest that the owner should look into this ASAP!!

Stopped to get gas, went inside to pay so I could use my Fuel Rewards card which gives me a discount on gas per gallon. The attendant was an older man and there were a couple people ahead of me in line. He waited on each person efficiently and in a quick and timely manner.
