Really bad customer service the lady the super mat no wanted to help I have a coupon get two and price and one and she told me not she needed to go back to school the land English it's open at 3:20 p.m. today really bad service I'm really upset never again go and this gas station

Stopped here because the gas light came on, but didn't fill up since prices were so much higher than our normal fill up spot. I mean, the gas was gas. The station itself could use some updating/refreshing. I did not go inside the service station at all.

The clerk was so angry and annoyed by another customer that she refused to sell me gas. Then when I asked to speak with a manager she then replied she is the manager.

Gas pumps broken. Step out into a large wet concrete spill, slipped and almost fell, no paper towels, no windshield cleaning solution. Left with concrete all over floor board, shoes, pants, socks. Avoid this gas station!

It’s a great location & I’ve stopped here several times, but today was the first time I used the restroom. It really was nasty, urine on the floor, the walls were filthy & even around the sink was unclean. I don’t expect spotless public restrooms, but I don’t want to be grossed out by them either.

Convenient bc it's near Hwy 11 in Trussville. Staff is nice anytime I've had to go inside. On this last visit I noticed how dirty the pumps were and just outside in general. Can get congested quickly ,so be careful.

I only put shell gas in my car because of the quality of it. I have to be at work at 4am everyday. When i approach this location to go inside to pay the door is always locked and the man is just sitting behind the counter and when i tell him im trying to get gas he says they are closed for a few hours so they can restock??? ive never heard of that before.
