Shay’s Jewelers was highly recommended to us and they certainly lived up to it. Kelsey Bean was great to work with and she was so patient with me while designing a special ring which will become a family heirloom. I am enjoying the ring so much, it is just what I envisioned, thanks to Kelsey’s input and advice. Kelsey has also helped me on other purchases. Shay and her staff have all been so helpful and I must also say the gift wrapping is exceptional! It’s my go to place for jewelry!!!

I found myself at Shay's after a well known corporate jewelery store said they could not help with my needs. From start to finish everyone I encountered at Shay's were pleasant and highly responsive and super patient as I had no idea what my options might be (or what I wanted) I was able to use a loose stone gifted to me by my MIL to create a wearable everyday necklace and memory piece to have for years to come. Kandis was super attentive, helpful and kept me up to date on all the progress of my special orders. thank you so much!
