I went to Nissan because my front headlight was not working. When I got there, I told the technician that six months ago I had put a new headlight and balance in the assembly. I wanted them to check and see why the headlight went out again because I thought it had a shortage. After waiting almost 3 hours they came and told me I need a new headlight bulb. I asked him how much it would cost and they told me $297. I told him I was not gonna pay that much for a lightbulb because I knew I could get a lightbulb for less at advance auto parts, the man Matt told me the 297 would cover the balance and the light bulb for the headlight assembly. I agreed to pay the 297 for those two parts. This was strange to me, because as I said six months ago, I just put a headlight and a balance in the assembly. And it cost more than that. My total cost was 404. 99 with service and all. Matt told me he had to order the part. He also said I had to pay for it in advance. I paid and left. When I got home, I was still thinking that the price wasn’t right, so I looked up the part number on the Internet and I realize it was only for the lightbulb which I told him I did not want to pay for. It was too late to call the store, as they had closed. The next morning , I called the parts manager and asked him did Matt order me just a lightbulb or the lightbulb and the balance. The parts manager told me he had only ordered the lightbulb. I was upset by this because I had a detailed conversation with Matt about not wanting to pay that amount for the lightbulb. I called and asked to speak to the manager and told the manager what had happened and he told me he would give me my money back minus 15% stocking fee. I told him this wasn’t right because I didn’t want just the bulb in the first place and it’s not my fault. It was Matt’s fault who lied to me. Matt and the service manager Scott both were rude to me and talked down to me. They said they weren’t gonna to give me my full cost back. I had to call Nissan headquarters to get this resolved and it took me over a week to get my money back. In the end, I did get my money back; however, it shouldn’t of had to take all that to get them to do what was right?. Moreover, my headlight started back working which means I didn’t need a headlight in the first place they didn’t even look at what I asked him to look at. I think I have a shortage in that assembly but I will not be going back to Nissan to get it replaced.Also, I’m in the market for a new car I’ve had my Nissan for 14 years however, I will not be buying a Nissan even though I love my Nissan because all of the dealerships (Centerpoint, Hoover and Downtown) are horrible. I’ve witnessed them all do unethical work.

Came to Serra Nissan to buy a used vehicle and ended up getting a brand new one. Worked with Kayla Kennedy and she was Amazing. Great buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealer ship to anyone.

Terrible service, got a car in June, it started having issues with the engine within a few months. They sold me a car knowing it was issues with the engine. Although it was under warranty they tried to tell me they wouldn’t fix it. After going back and forth with them, It took them an entire month to replace the engine. They were unable to give me a loaner while they fixed it so for a month I had no vehicle. Now I’m having issues with the starter. I did not put many miles on my car prior to the issues starting. They don’t answer the phones when you need them. I was going to get an additional car but I would never get from them again. I caution everyone to be weary when dealing with them, especially the sales department. I regret dealing with this place, any other dealership would have been better. The technician was the only person who was helpful and tried working with me, I appreciate him.

Xavier Johnson was awesome! We went in with a capital one pre-approval wanting to get a work truck for my son and they went above and beyond to get us out the door in a truck that is absolutely amazing! The people there are very nice and I highly recommend talking to Xavier Johnson if you’re looking for a vehicle!

Worst communication I have ever experienced. I will definitely not be returning. Took them over 2 weeks to complete my service and days to even take a look at it when I had an appointment. When they finally got to my vehicle they completed the service in less than 10 minutes, even though I waited weeks.

Hands down, the worst place to purchase a vehicle. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy! Very unorganized, very unprofessional, and if I could give them 5 negative stars I would. Please don't find out the hard way just go somewhere else.

This was the second service. The first service I waited four hours for a oil change and and then to look at tailgate that doesnt lock right away with the fob unless you open it and close it. So I came in after scheduling a appointment, which they asked me could I come that time, not me asking them, and I got the ever so favorite phrase from the service coordinator that they are short handed and don't know how long it could take. Of course I drove forty minutes across town and no on called me telling me they were short handed. So they were to look at a few issues that I have had since I purchased it new. One being the tailgate that didn't lock on first try, the second the LED light that quit above the passenger seat unless I wiggled it or bumped the roof when I opened the door, and the brakes which had started grabbing. I demonstrated all three before going to the waiting room. I waited for nearly five hours and then the service coordinator came in and used the ever so popular displacement technic, like I'm a idiot, saying she's been pulling her hair out with my truck. I guess trying to induce sympathy from me, which I was the one that waited for five hours. So she takes me to the back and to the service area between two lifts and there a mechanic proceeds to tell me he can't duplicate it on the tailgate. I said give me my fob. I then locked it and opened the tailgate, then closed it again with it locking afterwards. He said "well". Then I said let's do it again because of the apparent disbelief, really. Same thing again. So then I said what else have you looked at, and he said the light. He said if you slide it this way then jiggle it, it comes on and I said, "so I'm supposed to open the door and wiggle a switch on a new 49,000 dollar vehicle,Seriously. I then said what else have you looked at, like the brakes and he said I just got on it. I was in disbelief when I said I have been here since 8:30 for five hours. I said give my keys. Caught the coordinator out front and told her that I was tired of hearing short handed every time I get here and I don't schedule they do. At lest call me before I drive across town so I don't have to hear that crap. I then said where's your general manage and she said inside. When I got inside they told me he was in a meeting. I had seen them for hours running in and out a room where he was eating pizza and this is what I was told "he was in a meeting". I then went back to the service area no mechanic, then I asked the coordinator can I get out of the back of the shop to the road and she said yes. I drive my own vehicle out of the service area, can you believe that and they let me. I have since called Nissan of North America filing a complaint against them for service. And as of now sort of getting the run around on a answer from them. Long story short should have bucked on the deal when the inexperienced salesman misstated information which led to me giving them more money on a down payment, even after already signing paperwork. I thought I was investing in a service situation, boy I was wrong.

On 08.26.23, I took my 2021 Rogue SV in for an oil change.I was greeted by Matt Higgins. I asked him if he had any special at that time, and he advised me on the specifics. This was my first experience with the service department and Mr. Matt Higgins made a great first impression.I look forward to returning for my next oil change/service.?
