“From the moment I walked in the door GV made the entire experience easy and efficient. My kids actually enjoy trips to the storage facility, first because they are sheltered, but second because they get to ride the carts which are conveniently located at the entrance. There are also water fountains in the hallways and clean bathrooms on every floor. I checked with three other nearby storage facilities but only one had cheaper prices and that did not include their mandatory renters insurance, which put the price much higher than Space Savers HWY 280. Overall you get more and pay less with Space Savers HWY 280.”

They check each unit daily for any deficiencies. A couple years ago, I rented an environmental unit for clothes and furniture. It was the same feeling; no problems!

“This is the best place to store just about anything; RV's, boats, cars, buses, trailers, etc. They have covered parking with electrical outlets for trickle charging, basic uncovered parking, a wash area, compressed air pump w/ tire gauge, and a waste dump station. It is completely fenced and gated for added security.”

I rented the storage on line and it was a terrible experience, they assigned me to the wrong unit, then they could not correct it, gave me the run around, and kept me on the phone for a long time.
**Review for Stephen(manager)I called the actual location and spoke with Stephen, he was at another store in Hoover. I explained my situation to him that i needed the correct storage on 6/13, he told me to meet him at the location in 30 min and that he would take care of me and he sure did! He was very kind and courteous about the mix up and make things right. Later on that evening, we placed stuff in the storage but could not use the lock provided. Stephen did his check the next morning and discovered that my unit did not have a lock on it. He placed a lock on the unit, contacted me and left the key for me to pick up. This is Exceptional Customer Service.
Thank you Stephen for coming to my aid at a time when it was really need during the moving process. You are Awesome! Stephen you deserve 5 Stars and more.
