I absolutely adore Scandinavian Design Gallery! I've been a customer for about 8 years now and have purchased five pieces, each of high quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design. Tiffany, Theresa, and the entire Scandinavian team do an excellent job of making you feel welcome in the store, understanding your needs/desires, and making thoughtful suggestions on what furniture or accessories can work for you. I would absolutely recommend them every time!

I have always loved the store in Hoover. I purchased a chair and ottoman, table. Which I have enjoyed for around 5 years. We bought a sleeper sofa in June of this year for our small home. I was told by the sales person that it would sit like another sofa I sat on the day my husband and I went to look.It doesn’t. Also the cushions are a mess. They are constantly shifting, even with no one sitting on the sofa.The leather quality seems to be very good and the color is beautiful.Now we bought this because my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer and I thought we may need a second bed. Thankfully we did not.So because I was trying to prepare for what happen with side effects from cancer treatment and believing the sales associate, we are stuck with a sofa that neither of us can stand to sit on. Also the cushions look messy regardless. I missed the return time due to being preoccupied with my husband and what he ate and everything that goes with cancer.Regardless even without the cancer, the sofa looks like a 5000.00 mess

My grandmother took me here whenever I was moving into my first apartment, and they have many beautiful furniture and decorative pieces here. I fell in love with a set of gold lamps with white shades, and my grandmother treated me to them. We had a really good experience there and the only downside to the purchase was the price. The two lamps I chose cost $500, and my grandmother's kindness was the only reason I was able to afford them. Otherwise, if you can afford it then I have no negative comments! Just be prepared for the price point you are walking into!

First time visiting this weekend. Love the furniture and a lot of what was in the showroom. The sales rep showing me around was very helpful while trying to find me chairs. They also have a clearance room downstairs with furniture and other household items. Will have to check it out next time.

They offer high end, great quality furniture, home decor and artwork. *Shopper Tip!* - Bring a photo of the room you are purchasing for, along with dimensions. Their team can help you find the best piece! The store does offer home delivery.

The ladies at Scandinavian Design are so helpful and knowledgeable about every piece of inventory in their store. I am especially pleased with my Stressless Chair that is now my main piece in my living room. If you are looking for timeless furniture or classy art, I suggest you make Scandinavian Design your first choice.

I was the 25th customer when Scandinavian Design Gallery first opened its doors and I have furnished several houses since that time. I still have many of the items purchased over the 30+ years (some let go because of moving) so that speaks to the quality sold there. In addition to the stores's fabulous inventory, the customer gets one-on-one design services from its professional decorators at no extra cost. I've worked with Theresa over the years and she knows my style. She remembers what I have purchased and recommends things that work with what I already have. Another service they offer is their furniture delivery. They don't call it "white glove delivery" but that is what it is. The bottom line is everyone connected to the store really cares. I would describe this store as an affordable luxury contemporary store with unique items. It is a valuable resource and I don't know what I would do if it was not here.

Outstanding customer service. We purchased a dining room table and the sales ladies were very knowledgeable and friendly. We made multiple trips to several furniture stores before finally deciding to purchase one from here. One of the main reasons we decided to buy from Scandinavian was the customer service.
