Since the parking lot!, we have a sales man reaching at us. You can tell they work by commission, every 5 steps someone trying to "help" without even see what they have. Till the point id feel overwhelmed with the "satellites" around 2 of us. Even when we split.

Great service! Womens dressing room on 2nd floor in the right has parts of the door paneling missing where you can see inside the dressing rooms.

Saks has become a Walmart where everything is a hundred times more expensive. No more friendly operator. An automated phone system which required over 8 prompts. I tried 6 different departments before someone answered the phone. The automated phone system suggested I go online and figure things out myself. I finally asked for the store manager, waiting 15 minutes and then was disconnected. The store is only opened now from noon until 6pm. I am waiting for them to file bankruptcy any minute.

No need to call them. Their phones doesn’t work. No matter which department you press. It will always hang up.

Greg and Judy ( from the fragrance department when you first walk in) were extremely helpful,detail oriented, very patient, attentive, and extremely welcoming. They knew exactly what to offer me once they found out what scents me and my girlfriend naturally gravitate to. Their customer service was excellent and I will definitely be back to shop with them again!

If you are looking for clothing or jewelry that isn’t like every one else and you like Prada, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo, Burbury, Balenciaga and other luxury brands, then this is the store for you. The associates are very attentive and the store is always clean. It is never crowded even at Christmas.

I have been buying from Saks for at least 30 years and this is the first time they have done me wrong. I bought a pair of $900 dollar boots I noticed a little wear on bottom not much that I figured was from people trying on. The boots were way to large so I sent back for a refund. They sent the boots back to me with a note staying I had worn the boots and they would not give me a refund. Well that was the last time I will ever buy form them they are not the only good store.

Bad customer service. ? I was spoken to but not offered help. dressed down today and not one person in the department I spent 30 minutes in asked if I needed help. They were not busy. I took my business elsewhere. Will not be returning. Unfortunate
