I recently visited Rozar's Auto Paint Supply in Birmingham to inquire about paint for my Genesis, and I had a great experience. The staff took the time to educate me about the process of painting my car myself, explaining the pros and cons clearly. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and had a joyful smile on their face, which made the experience even better. Ricky was my agent, and he was particularly helpful, answering all my questions with patience. If you're looking for an open-minded and friendly place to discuss auto paint, I highly recommend stopping by this location.

This place is awesome. I needed to have a paint match for swing arm on my custom bike. Blake went to work and was able to match my custom paint exactly. The customer service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Thank you Blake and the team at Rozar's. Outstanding!?

On February 22nd 2019, I experienced a very indifferent , rude and belligerent service from 2 employees at this unwelcoming store. This made my 3rd visit , and on each visit the employee's became more hostile and quarrelsome. Doing my second visit a girlfriend accompanied me and after we left she mentioned that the employee's ( a woman in particular) had an unfriendly disposition and made a comment that she felt was offensive. I, at the time didn't give much thought about what she said. Until my most recent visit; I brought in a sample of greenish leather and asked could they match the color in dye. The larger gentleman who waited on me was polite, but the tall slim guy who was called upon to match the color was very hostile and even stated that, " there ain't no way in hell I can match that color!" The older man seated behind a desk beyond the counter was an enabler to the tall slim guy, interjecting several 'matter of fact ' comments. I was told that I would be required to purchase the dye regardless of whether the color was an exact match or not. "We just can't throw away paint!" bellowed the slim guy. The entire time I couldn't believe the treatment I was receiving, I kept looking at the color of the leather sample and wondering was this really a strange color, one that unusual??... At one point the slim guy began to angrily flip through a color sample pamphlet while reiterating " ain't no way in hell!"
I spotted a color that was similar and asked could he get it close to that one? He then halfheartedly tossed the pamphlet at me. Once I showed him the sample he stated " naw ,it would take too much white and that would make it milky looking!" After approximately 10 minutes of profanity laced indifference and frowned faces ( Slim guy and the Middle aged man seated behind the desk) , I was told they couldn't do it and I gather my sample and quietly left. All the while wondering was it the color of the material or the color of my skin that they had a problem with?
Thereafter I went to a supply company in the area ( a company that doesn't specialize In Automotive color matching) and they where able to match the color without any problem. Wow!
