I've bought a lot of cars in my life and I can honestly say this purchase was by far the easiest and friendliest purchase I've ever made. My salesman, Joel Brasher and Sales Manager, Matt Robertson were the best! I know I'm not the easiest customer but Joel and Matt never made me feel that. They were very understanding and patient with me. They were easy to contact and quick to respond to any question or concern I had. I feel like both these gentlemen went above and beyond. I initially had not planned to shop for a new vehicle that day, but I was around Royal Automotive, so I pulled in. I test-drove a Black 2024 Acadia FWD Elevation but had a trip to the beach planned for the next few days. After I returned from my trip the sales consultant explained that the Black 2024 was no longer available. He then showed me a White 2023 Acadia XT4 sitting in the showroom, which was the perfect fit for me. The sales consultant and Manager were very professional and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Quick, easy, and pleasant.
The maintenance salesman was very knowledgeable, respectful, and patient with me. He was easy to work with and didn’t mind going the extra mile to make sure all of my needs were fulfilled. Plus he made sure I knew about the free shuttle service and Arrange me a ride back home so I wouldn’t have to wait and to be picked up when it was done. I do not remember the guys name but it was awesome

The GMC service department at Royal is reputable and has the knowledge that makes repairs easy.
The entire group always goes above and beyond to get our vehicle back on the road. Ralph Daniel is a professional along with Louis Grala as well as others within the department. Quality/Timely repairs/service is what sells vehicles and this team does their part to keep us buying GMC brand.
