I have been going to this gym for 5 years now! Even did personal training for 9 months. The staff is very friendly, especially Ashley! She helps with workouts and how to use different exercise machines. Love this place.

The staff is friendly and are willing to work with you to reach your goals. They offer great exercise classes throughout the week. And the gym is kept clean.
