Riverchase Collision is always the best! They take care of you like you’re family. So so thankful for this team! I’ve always used Ginger and her team. After a wreck a month ago, I picked up my car and it looked BRAND NEW! My husband and I were amazed. Will never go anywhere else :)

This was my first time experience with Riverchase Collision Repair. I have no idea about this RCR. I just googled it and read some good reviews, then I called them and scheduled an appointment. I visited there and explained about the insurance company and shared all the info to Brianna. After that Brianna used to follow up with the insurance company to get the claim processed. I'm getting all the status updates on everything. Once everything ready, I got a call from Brianna to pick up my car.
RCR have good transparent communication, detailed oriented work, helpful, polite and professional. I can give 5 star for them and I would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!!

This was a great experience. We initially shopped around and compared estimates, customer reviews, timelines, etc. and went with RCR. Everything was handled as promised, and their communication and quality of work was excellent.

I’m not sure how anyone could POSSIBLY give these guys less than 5 stars. I’m a huge car guy and they have been absolutely spectacular through the entire process. Ginger sent me pictures and kept me in the loop with everything. Their staff is truly top notch and they have some incredible skill. The time and effort they put into my paint was insane and I really can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done to get my car back to new (actually, I’d say better than new). I told them that they just made a customer for life because I’ve NEVER had any place provide the level of customer service and attention to detail that they have. The paint looks so good now that they’re done that I’m having PPF installed to protect it. I’ve always heard the term “lay glass”, but I’d never have believed it without seeing their work first hand. I can’t recommend them enough. If your car needs any type of body work or paint work, these are the people to bring it to, ESPECIALLY if you actually like/love your car!!! I’ll be uploading more photos of the finished product once the paint has had time to cure to the point I can put PPF on it as proof, but trust me when I tell you that I doubt you’ll ever find a better body shop!

Excellent service provided by Ginger and her team! Clear and quick communication, honest feedback and attention to detail by skilled pros who know what they are doing. I brought my VW camper van to them to take care of with very specific needs and they accommodated me perfectly. I was just needing frame work and planned to do the body work myself. They gladly obliged AND even offered me pro advice and Detailed info they had to help me do the body work repairs myself, which, in my opinion, was going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this shop for any automotive bodywork repairs you need!

It's too bad there's only 5 stars l would give them at least lO or more l took my prize possession Corvette down there with a crack in the back fender and the front bumper worried sick when l picked it up it would look worse but when l picked it up it looked brand new even the parts they didn't repair they made look better love this place thanks to everyone who touched my car

Repairs were done decently fast I guess. They don't offer any kind of financing or payment plans which is disappointing. Also when I got my car back it was infested with ants.
