Customer service for me is EVERYTHING especially if I am spend $500 or more for a repair! Apparently you don't deal well with African Americans because the atmosphere was VERY unwelcoming. The workers were curt and short, never returned calls and never even called to say the car was ready. If you so don't want to do business with African Americans then say that but my money is green just like everyone else's. The work was good and I would have come back but the customer service killed it for me.
Notice they responded to EVERYONE'S review except mine. Speaks volumes if you ask me. Do better!
