I was at work and one of my co-workers back into my car the whole while I was in the building still working he left his number saying we can exchange insurance Geico customer service has a horrible attitude they would do anything to get out of paying for fixing your car she basically said if he did not answer the phone my car will not get fixed she could not reach him over phone playing a game so they don't have to pay to get my car fixed if you have to deal with God called I suggest you get a third party on the phone before you talk with them just in case any Foul Play and neither would I get insurance with them because they totally talked against the driver

I sent Rhonda Evans an email in early December to discuss the 25% increase in my auto premium. Two weeks past and not a word from Rhonda. So I called the agency and Phyllis would not let me speak with Rhonda but promised me she would call me in a week. A month later I have not heard from Rhonda.What a poor way to handle your business. It just cost you my business. I guess you can afford to lose people like me. Rhonda I am so disappointed.Phillip King

This place straight up sucks. Called to request a change with my policy. Was told " I'm with a customer I will call you back". Took my name and number but never received a call back. Waited to the following day and called three times using option 3 (update existing policy) with no answer. Called again and pressed option 1 (open a new policy) answered on 2nd ring. I told the lady my issue and she put me on hold. Came back and said no one here received a call from you yesterday. I proceeded to tell her the agent took my name and number but never returned my call. She said well we only have 3 people working and we've been busy. I said great thing I wasn't in an accident. She said well we can handle that but not policy changes. I said well go ahead and cancel my policy. She said you need to call the 800 number to do that. Would recommend any agency on the planet but this one.....

I had GEICO before the days of local agents (around here) and I liked them for their auto, but hated their homeowners so had to cancel it. Now that things have changed, I thought to give them another try, so I called the local for a quote and was told someone would call me back. Two days later I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. I was told (someone) is out of the office today, but I could try calling her back in the morning. (*I* could call them *again*.) I'm out of time now and need insurance today. No call back and they want to put the burden on me to call yet again? No thanks. I'll go with someone that actually wants my business.Edit: the canned stock standard "contact us so we can help you" reply to my review is further evidence that GEICO isn't interested in me. I obviously don't have a policy number because nobody would call me back with a quote!

The Geico insurance agent was very helpful, friendly, thorough and business appropriate. He responded quickly and included me in the email sent to the mortgage company. I use Geico for auto, motorcycle, renters and now home owners insurance. I've never had a bad experience!

My price for car insurance increased after 6 months, they added 15%. I called them 4 times and they transferred me to the billing office, which never answered.They will trick you into buying their policy, but after expect pay 15% more plus price increased because my cars are not safe Honda CR-V and Honda Civic.My cars are safe, and I drive them for 5 years, it is just misleading tricks they use to get you as a new customer.

The price was great, but they were not there when we needed them. It took over a month to complete a claim. We could not get a hold of our adjuster for weeks. We left messages everyday and it was not until we called threatening a lawsuit, that we were able to settle our claim. Would NOT recommend geico.

Had an issue through the Gieco app scheduling my rental pick up. These guys took about 1 min over the phone and everything was perfect and good to go. People are often dealing with very stressful situations, you guys made it easy. Thanks guys!

So far, so good. LaToya Jones was very good to work with, and they saved me a LOT of money over Liberty Mutual. Now I just have to see how things go if I ever need to file a claim. I like the plastic Gecko they sent me! Haha...
