Would not rate a 1. A move is stressful enough, you should not have to worry about damages. I would advise everyone contemplating a move , ask if they cover damages due to their incompetence. Because they packed so much weight on my Stickley dining table , it broke the legs , which created stress cracks in the lacquer finish on the top of table. The owner sent someone out from Furniture Medics to repair the legs. Owner refused to send it to an authorized Stickley repair location. Long story short, repair job is horrible, drill hole exposed in leg, epoxy and cracks rough and visible, nothing done to top ! Owner refuses to correct the damages . Will be pursing all other avenues.

Well I use to work for them and as a driver I never worked for company who screwed up my money number of times and who over charge for a local to loading somebody u-haul truck so the next time you think of using them think twice but in my book screw them

Reliable Moving Company (and Michelle) made our recent move seamless and stress-free!! Reliable packed for us, moved all of our belongings to storage, and moved them out of storage and up to Huntsville. Michelle, the office staff, and all of the movers were friendly, flexible and so easy to work with!! This was a MUCH, MUCH better experience than our previous move and pricing was reasonable too. I can't say enough good things!! Use them if you're moving - you won't regret it!!

Bekins Van Lines moved us from Arkansas to Alabama in June of 2014. Upon arrival, our truck was unloaded by a fantastic crew from Reliable Moving Company. We couldn't have asked for a more professional crew. From their timeliness, attention to detail and the way they cared for our belongings made this move as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Reliable Moving Company to anyone needing to move.
