I attended the grand opening for this location on 12/6/19, and was greeted with a warm welcome. All of the staff were cordial. I also like the interior design choices & building exterior design. This is the new home for the old Greystone branch. It's definitely an upgrade, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Access to customer service limited. Can't get logins to work and recovering them is archaic over the phone. Extremely frustrating.
