Called and asked if they offer Notary services. They said yes, do you have an account with us? I said no, but I have a Regions Credit Card. They said that's fine come on in. Come in they tell me to take a seat, notaries are all busy. No problem. After waiting about 15 minutes they say actually you can't use notary services with a credit card. So I wasted time driving over here and waiting, and the credit card doesn't come with services so I guess its time for that to go too.

Tellers rude as hell . Store manager Ryan is too and other lady too . Like look into the account my money is always good. SMH close this location if your not white or have alot of money they treat u like dirt .

I wish I could give 0 stars. The person who set up our accounts was also working the drive thru window. He screwed up our socials and regions closed our accounts because of this. Huge pain to have to reopen. Terrible branch.

Terrible Customer ServiceMy family and I visited the Regions bank in person at 3065 John Hawkins Pkwy in Birmingham, AL on Saturday September 9th at approximately 11:45AM. We received an email from Regions informing us that we could bring our change into the bank and they would count it for us at no cost. After waiting in line approximately 10 minutes with only one teller available, another teller named Kristy came out of the office and asked if she could help us. I told her that we would like to cash two checks and have them count our coins to deposit into my account. She was extremely rude and told me that she would not have the coins counted unless they were rolled. I informed her and proceeded to show her that I received an email from Regions indicating that I could bring the coins and they would count it. She would not look at the email and told me she didn't care what it said. I told her I would like to speak to the manager about the situation and her overall rude demeaner. She told me the manager, Margaret, was not there and she'd be available to speak with me on Monday. She wrote down a fake number, and I noticed the area code was not for Birmingham so I asked for a business card and email instead. I have been a customer of regions for over 10 years and this is the worst experience that I have ever had. I have called the number that was printed on the card and left a voicemail. Please let me know how you can make this right and regain my trust for Regions.

Cecilia is always ready to help you with a smile on her face and a little twinkle in her eyes. I believe she's been at this branch for a year now and her commitment to helping those around her is unmatched after observation. She's got a kind soul and a good heart. A few of the people working there could definitely take notes from this young woman as they seemed too preoccupied with their phones or chatting away vs focusing on the tasks at hand to help bank customers. Her being bilingual is a fantastic asset to the company which should be recognized and compensated by Regions, but unfortunately we all know that corporations would much rather line their pockets instead of building upon employees who are great assets. She is recognized in the Hispanic community as one who is always ready to help within her limits of the branch and a compassionate person. Si están pensando en abrir una cuenta con Regions, ella es la indicada para ese tipo de cosas.She's fantastic so I had to rave about her!
