Convenient and helpful! I have always been treated with respect and kindness at this branch. It is crowded on their Saturday hours but the bankers remain friendly and calm.This location can also issue replacement debit cards on the spot :) THANK YOU!

Honestly, my expectations weren’t high for this Regions but my first choice couldn’t accommodate me due to staffing shortages! So I walked in expecting a little wait to open a account. Everyone is busy, so I sit and wait! Only about 10 minutes but now I need to use the ladies room. I ask and the response is No public restrooms! I understand it’s a hassle if you have a “” out in the front “ open public restroom. However, you are offering a service and if I decide to patronize you establishment, small accommodations as relieving myself should be a nonissue. The lady employee smiled and asked “ would you like to go take care of that before we start “ I took care of myself and after so did Wells Fargo!! I had to walk all the way to CVS! They didn’t have a problem letting me use the restroom btw!!! We should be comfortable within reason! If you can’t provide or keep clean something as trivial as a restroom then you’re not my type of people!! What about elderly people??? SMH!! Bye Regions!!!shout out CVS!!!

That dude is very rude Im American Sign Language. I just got in today on 04/28/2023 and I’m try to show my body language n see if they are open and he keep talk I told him write and paper please he keep on talking…why can’t he understand what I’m try to say??!!! That office in Homewood don’t deserve to keep this company open due behavior!!!

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH IF YOU ARE SHORT OF TIME OR PATIENCE. The slowest Regions drive thru service I have ever experienced. I don't have time to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru every time I need to deposit a check. I said nothing the first two times I experienced this but I now have had THREE 30+ minute waits from this branch and the drive thru is laid out with no escape once people pull up behind you. I really don't understand how this is being allowed.

One of the men helping me get a new checkings card was not able to accept my form of ID. I was very disappointed and even showed him my letter from the US government. He told me it could cost him his job even though it’s valid. I did not understand and he was quite rude and I felt discriminated against. I will not be returning to this regions and will also be closing my accounts with them.
