They have a policy put in place where a returned deposit can be taken away without a reason given. No one employeed by regions, Jarvis a supervisor, can tell me why. I guess Regions can just go a take money out of account when ever they like it.

Booked a hotel room through Priceline and they booked me for two different hotels. Contacted Customer Service and the notes the representative put in was not correct. My dispute was denied.. I told customer service if they want evidence listen to the call when I reported it too the representative who lied. They don’t want to hear that. I will be closing my account .

The people who helped me were kind and considerate of my time. They helped me take care of my issues, and made me feel like a valued customer. I could not be happier with the service I received from Johnathan.

They keep sending me to customer service, and the customer service says to call the branch directly. Wow, what a horrible service. They say they can't do anything about it and keeps pushing me to other departments

I called the branch manager on 5/11/2023 of branch located at 1100 Old Spanish Trail, Houston, TX to notify her I will be coming from out of town to their branch to make an important transaction. I flew in on 5/13/2023, gave then a check to cash, 2 forms of ID, including my passport. They were expecting me like discussed. Then they started asking questions for verification. I answered all their questions but they said they were not correct and declined to complete the transaction. he says "there are lots of fraud these days and I could have stolen someone's bank information"! This is despite giving them my driver's license and passport which clearly have a photo ID on them. I called their general customer care line and the lady called the branch to speak with them but still they declined. Such a disappointment from a bank I have kept for more than 15years. This isn't the first time I am having a similar experience with Regions bank. The first time this occurred at a branch in FL in Jan 2023, I thought it was odd but decided not to make much of it.Now, I am poised to let them know their customer did not steal someone's information by leaving this review and I plan to close off accounts in the next few months and transition to a more competent bank and more competent people. Do not bank at this location or perhaps with regions bank at all.

Online banking shows transaction deductions but not deposit history like others Banks do. Regions bank has used this method to steal returned payments from their customers for years. If you ever have a payment returned at Regions don't expect for it to show up.

I visited your Regions bank branch 1900 5th Ave. N Birmingham, Al 35203 on 10/25/2022. I was assisted by a teller to withdraw 4,000, he asked did I mine mixed bills I respond sure why not that would be fine. After checking my card and ID he proceeded to complete the transaction and placed the money in a envelop. He did not count to back to me and partially normally I would before leaving, however I didn’t. I put the money in my purse before leaving the counter and proceed to my destination. Once I arrive to my destination which it took only 15-20 mins (I was going to purchase a car) and we (the sales agent and myself) counted the money and it was only 3,600 not 4,000 I immediately called the bank back several time with no answer not knowing they close at 4p. I spoke with a manager Nick who listened and told me he’ll call me back and have not returned my call. It's 11/02/2022 and no resolution!! I guess a "black person" money don't mean anything to Regions Bank. I will close my account!!!

This bank should be shut down. Had I known this bank was related to the old Amsouth I would not have crossed their doors. The employees are lazy, uneducated and downright mean. They let people rob my account have have not assisted me in the steps other banks do-like immediately giving me a new account number. I have never been so disgusted. I am a senior citizen widow.

I was at the downtown regions bank on 5th ave north Birmingham al. I had the worse experience I could ever had when dealing with a bank. The are very the most incompetent people to be handling money. They have people working there that don't know what they're doing but to stupid to ask someone else. If you want good customer service don't go there.

If you’re tired of Regions bank stealing your hard earn money in excessive NSF fees contact this law firm! McCune Wright Arevalo, LLP, (MWA) is accepting arbitration claims against financial institutions across the country for allegedly unfair bank overdraft fees. Utilizing underhanded tactics to maximize the number of fees charged to customers has allegedly become an unfortunate industry-wide practice. MWA is bringing claims to hold these banks accountable and to recover unfairly taken overdraft fees! Enough is Enough ?
