my account was hacked into, the lady caucsion Banker accused me of hacking my own account she kept using the word “you did this or you did that” than proceed to say, i can’t tell if you did it or not! i don’t know weather i was being racially profiled or not but i had an terrible experience. both of my work checks was deposited into the account a hold was placed on my account and i’ve been locked out of the account so i can’t see anything or know what is going to happen to my money. For a single mother of 3 working two jobs trying to survive and having no access to my money knowing i have bills that is due to nerve wrecking to not even getting helped because she stated “there’s nothing we can do it and it’s no way we can’t prove it wasn’t you.” if you bank with regions, please remove all funds!!!!

It was packed but they had 3-4 outside lanes and they also had where you could go inside the bank. I'm not sure how many lanes they had opened on the inside of the bank.

I have always had good service from Regions. Their drive thru staff are always friendly and helpful. The staff at the branch are courteous and helpful in all my needs. I have banked with Regions for years and will continue.

they told me I couldn’t cash out my work check because it wasn’t a regions check never had that issue before coming to this one never coming back to this location

I’m posting this review just to give a shout out to Rob, the banker my husband and I met with recently at this Regions location. I can’t say anything from experience about the rest of the staff, but Rob was very genuine and helpful. He helped us with what we needed that day and gave relevant suggestions for future planning, rather than just trying to meet a company goal of accounts opened, etc.

The ATM hasn't been working for a long time since it's broken, it can't be that they won't fix it. I think I'll change banks. This terrible situation.

Bad customer service at this branch. Regions made a huge error on my account and the “Branch Manager”was very argumentative over the phone with correcting “their error.”Please provide training in the following:1. I read the comments over. I agree with what the customers complained about. Employees have no training. The staff is very superficial and disinterested in your concerns as a customer.

This place isn't good at anything. The drive through is too small for trucks. So you will damage your truck trying to get out, or their property. The atm on the main building doesn't work, it's been down for years. The staff is very superficial and disinterested in your concerns as a customer. They won't call you back or pick up the phone. They won't email you either. Basically a waste of time going here as most of what you'd aim to get from here is based on customer service and they don't care about giving you that at all.

I need cash on Saturday. The front service woman has a very bad attitude and told me to withdraw money before the weekend. Before I opened an account, why didn't you tell me that I couldn't withdraw money on Saturday. If the girl politely told me that I could understand, the attitude was very Bad。

Good thing I’m closing my account with them. I called yesterday and waited until someone can pick up. But at the end, one of them picked up the phone and hung it up. That was very RUDE. Then we tried again and as soon as I said “hello” a lady said “hold on”. And she transferred my call to another lady who was very rude as well.I can’t trust them with my money anymore!!
