If there was a way to rate this company more than 5 stars I definitely would. I used Raughley Transfer to pack a small sized POD for a cross country move and they could not have done any better. Blake and David were professional, friendly, and managed to pack what I surely thought was going to be way too much stuff into this POD, and they did it extremely quickly. I strongly suggest giving them a call if you are in the process of relocating. After moving a few times, I have seen the difference in moving companies. This company and those movers are top of the line.

I saw the deal this business have @ livingsocial.com. I did my research first on Google & Yelp before making an appointment. I didn't find anything bad, so I called on Sept.5th to inquire about availability for a move on Sept.10th. I was given a 2p-4p arrival window. I accepted it & got a guarantee that they will not flake on me, so I bought the deal on Living Social that day. I called on Sept. 9th to confirm the move. I thought everything was set. I got a call from one of the movers named Mike @ 10:11am & he advised me that they'll show up close to 4p & he asked me for the inventory of my belongings. It was already 4:08p & I haven't heard from Mike. I called & left voicemails on 2 numbers (cel & office). I waited until 4:30p for a call back, nothing. I decided to hire the grounds keeper of my complex who gets off work @ 5p to help me move. I finally heard from Mike @ 5:20p to advise me that he'll be there in 35 minutes. Really??? @ 5:20p??? Then @ 5:41p they said they're @ my complex with a big green truck. I didn't see them anywhere because they're in the wrong apartment complex. What a joke! Mike did apologize & his reasoning was his phone battery died & they had a big move that morning, so he used the other guy's celphone @ 5:20p to give me a heads up. My suggestion to Raughley Transfer is try to be more professional than this. I know things do come up, so communicate in a timely manner to your peers so you don't lose business. Moving is a stressful process as it is & I don't need anymore stress from your lack of communication.

Fantastic movers. Used a living social coupon to hire them and I didn't see any reviews on them, so I was skeptical, but they were amazing! They brought a huge truck with plenty of clean blankets and their own hand truck. They work fast, safely and are very polite. Thanks Chris and Jeff!!
