Doors locked at 7:30 and employee would not allow me to enter, posted closing time is 8 pm, unable to exchange a dress I needed for an event the next day. Very frustrating experience to say the least.

I went in today at 6:30, the lady told me they were getting ready to close due to the storm..crazy thing is they close at 7…so she basically just didnt want me to shop…terrible

If you order online and pay with PayPal; don’t bother going to the store for a return/store credit. Although it states on the return slip they honor returns paid via PayPal payment; their sales associates say they can’t take it. Contacted customer service they said they were supposed to issue a store credit. No one wants to do their job, I guess. So, go ahead and be prepared to pay that $6.95 return shipping fee. Never shopping at Rainbow again.
