I love this Rainbows located in the Palisades in Birmingham. They always have a nice selection of clothes, shoes and jewelry. This is my old stumping ground.

I LOVE shopping at all Rainbow stores but the one in the Palisades is by far my favorite. Their clothes are so BOMB! I guess I'm telling my age because I'm sure nobody uses that word anymore. But no matter what the occasion or your age you are guaranteed to leave with something. They NEVER disappoint. I had some prebirthday photos professionally made and I got sooooo many compliments on them. Well little did they know that I got all of the pieces from Rainbow most of them from the clearance rack! And their plus size section will leave you broke, lol. If they are ever in my town asking for lay people to be in one of their commercials I am so there. Customer4Life

On the website it says they close at 9pm but on the door it says 8pm. Website needs to be updated, it’ll save customers from taking long drives just to find out they are closed on arrival.

I’ll be honest, I’m not as cool as I think I am and certainly not as cool as I once was- that being said, I’m ok with it! I know I need some fashion suggestions occasionally and some retail help. I went into Rainbow today and was met at the door by a sales associate named Brianna. She was friendly, adorable, and extremely helpful. She showed me different things to wear together and separately, have me boot advice, and after she rang me up I was blown away for two reasons: the total was SUCH a bargain AND I leveled up my wardrobe with Miss Brianna’s help.They had tons of great stuff on sale and their regular prices are unbeatable! If you want to try out a new trend or fad you can affordable do so at Rainbow! Fun shopping!!!

I went to rainbow to bring a shirt that they for got to take off the alarm. I bring it on I don't have the receipt but I go there all the time. Just lastonth 8/13/22. I spend over 300.00 dollars the lady at the register clearly said I stoll the shirt. Now y would I want to steal a shirt. She was very disrespectful calling me a theaf for a mistake they did. She needs to be fired bad customer service I have ever seen I will never again go there. I willake sure others know about this place. I work with customers everyday and I treat them with respect I do not assume anything all she had to do was take off the alarm off the shirt. Bit she wanted to say other things Iakwore money then she do like y would I strall a shirt. This needs to be handled and fast.

I just arrived at 7:50 and needed one small item and the doors were already locked. Nice people and good business stay open until closing time . Which was 8:00. People have to work and I wasted my gas to get off and try to make it there just in time . But ,no the doors where already locked and had been locked . I arrived at 7:50 on the dot. Rainbow I don’t want your business ! But that that doesn’t matter to company’s anymore does it !
