I was returning an item and it took the cashier (she was likely a manager) almost 20 minutes because of the raggedy card reader wasn't reading my card. She initially said it was my card's strip, but when I tried another card (which I did not want to do), that didn't work either. BECAUSE THE READER IS RAGGEDY. She wasn't exactly warm and friendly, but I can't say that she was rude. As soon as she switched registers, the return went through successfully, BUT she put the return on the OTHER card, not the card that the purchase was made on. Just an annoying process altogether. Make sure this store's equipment is working properly!

Store locked up but there were several workers just talking and looking at us from inside. No one approaches to let us know anything. I call and no one answers the phone inside just continues looking at us. Terrible just terrible. This is the second time I’ve come here since I moved to Alabama and this has happened both times. I won’t be wasting my time to come here again. ?

I walk in... nothing. Worker looks at me. And continued on. If she spoke.. it was a silent conversation. Anonymous guest walks in.... she speaks..

This store closes 30 minutes early nightly. Every day that they are opened they close early so if you need to do some shopping go earlyearlierearlierplans to go at least 35 minutes plans to go at least 35 minutes
