DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM ANY LOCATION!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST RETURN POLICY EVER AND THE HAIR IS NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!! I HATE YOU GUYS WITH A PASSION AND YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! I haven't had my hair two months yet and the back of it is already tangled. The manager is gonna tell me all they can do is give me ten percent off my next bundle. I should have listened to my coworker when she told me they don't have good quality hair. I will be telling all my friends and coworkers about this place.

These people are disrespectful and I would not reccommend anyone buying from them. The hair is totally horrible. Some people get good bundles, most get bad. Do not play weave Russian roulette with this company. The weave was literally still in the bags after a week, took them out to install and the hair was shedding and I could foresee tangling. The hair looks good in the store but do not be fooled. I did not even install it yet and it was bad. This hair resembled the cheap hair in the beauty supply store and I did not even get to install it yet. Went to exchange and the customer service was horrible.The lady had a attitude and was not trying to help.(yes, we were very calm) When we asked for the manager, the lady called him and we talked to him on speaker. That is very unprofessional and distasteful.A manager should be available to speak in person. They have a NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE POLICY. They did not tell us this when we went to buy the hair. I believe every customer should be given this very important information as they are purchasing a product. When I go to a store that has this type of policy they have always warned me of their policy. Printing it on a receipt is not completely informing a customer of the policy. When we called headquarters to get better help they were apologetic but nothing was done. Even after pointing out the poor customer service. Buying from this company was a nightmare. $150 down the drain. Horrible hair and horrible customer service. I took time out of my busy schedule to write this review because it was that bad. I warn everyone do not get robbed and mistreated by this company!!!!!

I entered the store with smiles and they had a good attitude. I asked to feel my hair before I purchased and it was fine. Only thing is that the bundles are slightly thin.

I've bought hair from here twice ,Peruvian , both times I installed the hair and removed about every 6wks for about 9 months . This was pretty descent hair . I would recommend to a friend who would rather feel the hair before it isbought unlike online .

Other virgin hair from different companies have never gave me a issue. HORRIBLE hair and HORRIBLE customer service. I took time out of my busy schedule to write this review because it was that bad. THE HAIR IS OBVIOUSLY NOT VIRGIN HAIR. I warn everyone do not get ROBBED and MISTREATED by this company!!!!! if I could they would not get one star
