Staff was not helpful. First check-in took forever because the front desk clerk was talking on the phone to someone. Then I was never told their would be a $109 hold extra on my card when I paid for the room in full up front. Then don't get me started on the room. It was so dark, the beds were so uncomfortable, they give you 3 small pillows not even big enough to use. And when you ask for extra "no we don't have extra" my husband and I had to go to Walmart and buy extra pillows! Then the checkout was a horrible experience the clerk drilled me about why I used a different card to pay for the motel than for the $109 hold. So I had to explain myself before he would check me out. We checked in at around 5pm and checked out at 2:30am because we wanted to get out of there.

We booked this hotel and when we arrived it seemed nice but they started renovation later that day so there was a horrible paint thinner smell that caused us all headaches. Just wish we had been told about the renovations before we checked in because we would of went somewhere else.

Needs to be condemned. First room I was given the smell was so horrendous that was unbearable. Went and bought freebreeze trying to conceal the smell but that couldn’t even cover it up. Also the TV did not work. Ask for new room, the second room shower did not work at all, zero pressure. Moved to third room, and opened the door to find the bathroom flooded. Got moved to the fourth room, which has its issues but livable. If it hadn’t got so late I would’ve ask for a refund. As a frequent traveler this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The word Quality in the name is definitely lacking.

I have no idea where the negative reviews I read came from. This is my second time staying here and it was great for the low price. Room was clean . It was quiet. Bed was comfy. Front desk guy was nice . Will absolutely stay here again .

The employee at the front desk was the most rude person I've ever met. He kept trying to argue even after I repeatedly asked to speak to the lady that was working. One star is far too high rating .

Their website says otherwise, but everyone pays a $109 deposit. Good luck ever seeing it again. It's not about missing towels or breakage. Anything the staff considers rude behavior voids the refund.Front desk welcome sign:"Harsh behavior will not be tolerated! You will be removed from our property and you will not be refunded. Smoking, vaping or pets will lead to not receiving your deposit back and additional charges."No disclosure of these punitive deposit policies appears in the booking process. The docile and compliant see their money in a few days.Rooms: The rooms are well-maintained.

Nice desk lady, she was very helpful and nice . Got a discount because we were there because of hospital visit . Room was clean. There was a pool but we did not visit it.

Would give zero stars if I could, as they don’t honour reservations AND don’t even bother to tell you until you show up.HORRIBLE customer service.Even got worse, as they now lie and said they gave us an extra bed compared to what we reserved. Nope. Slept fewer people. You’ve been warned.

Bed sheets and comforter were wet in two different rooms. Window was leaking heavily when it rained and maintenance never came. There was not much to choose from for breakfast either. Although staff was nice and tried to help, I do not recommend this hotel.

Wow is all I can say! This was the nastiest place I’ve ever experienced. Blood on the wall and on our sheets. Stains everywhere. Smelt damp musty. When you go to the desk and you have to put down $109 for a deposit the lady in the front with dark skin and black hair will lie and say as soon as you hand in the card it will show back up on your license I was going from Arkansas back to Florida I had barely enough money to make it and it was an emergency the police called me so I had to go I needed that money to make it home and I had to call and beg people for enough gas to get home because the money didn't show back up on my card for 4 days they are evil they are evil and that breakfast they got going on shut up they obviously don't know what a continental breakfast is But the rooms were very nice and clean and we had plenty of towels

Place was great ! Pool was clean grounds and rooms were clean! Brittany at the front desk was helpful polite made you feel welcome always had smile !! She was THE BEST ! only bad experience was the older blonde lady working the over night she was a liar rude and very unwelcoming !
