So I have been to several nail shops around Birmingham, 280, Vestavia you name it and I and I wasn't fully satisfied. To crooked nails, to crappy jobs to just being undervalued. I was honestly going to start to write off nail shops in general. Then I went to Q Nails. Christine was amazing!! I showed a picture of what I wanted and honestly. The result is actually better than what I expected. EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! I noticed several repeat customers and their nails look amazing. I asked plenty of questions. I did not feel rushed, which is important. I felt like a valued customer. I noticed the owners would call people by name. I will definitely be a repeat customer and bring family and friends. TRUST when I say I never leave reviews, but they definitely deserve the shine!!

Best nail shop I know . And quality manicure and pedicure I have yet but twice out of two years needed a repair.

Been going here with my Dad for years but most recent visit was a disaster! His big toe was cut bled forever staff all seemed so flustered no consistency with customer, I have multiple cuts on cuticles very sore and nothing but nails hurriedly painted and not well at all. Store very dirty at tables for nails all dirty around them for and splashed dirt on tables no massages , no hot towels on legs just rushed poor service. Sorry will never go again really felt should not have paid for such

The Hispanic ladies that I received service from were excellent. Although one guy from the staff was getting quite upset at another customer for doing her feet wrong. Service was quite fast, and I would go again for her.

Moved to Birmingham 2 years ago and I struggled with finding a nail artist. And there was Christine at Q Nails. I receive compliments everywhere I go after her creative sessions. Great and friendly atmosphere where they give the best service ever. Thanks Christine!

Christine & Alex have always been my to go nail techs ! The establishment is small but the Atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. They remember all their customers and remember how you like your nails and who you prefer to do them .
