$11 in the trash paid for a car wash and it just keeps repeating pull forward over and over no matter if we completely drove through the wash and never actually washed the car.

I don't know why this place has bad reviews. I visited this place to wash my Kayak. I have never used a self service car wash before so I called the owner, found his contact on one of the answers here. He explained me the process of getting the tokens and the pricing. I went to the place and was pretty unaware what to do. One guy helped me out understand the process. The foam brush was good, thick foam of soap and the pressure of the water was also pretty decent, I was able to clean my kayak really well. If you like taking care of you car this place is really a good option to go and clean your car by yourself. I'd visit again to wash my car next time. I saw issues related to credit card so I just used cash, but might try card next time.

The vacuums work super awesome !!!! and the water pressure and soap was great !!! It takes tokens and they have a token machine that accepts $1-20$ bills . It costs $2 tokens to vacuum with 4 minutes and $4 tokens to wash also with 4 minutes. Highly recommend!! Save yourself damage to your car using an automatic car wash! This place is clean and well maintained. 10 stars!

You need tokens to use the equipment, and they don’t take quarters in order to get said tokens. I don’t think it’s a huge issue, but it’s an inconvenience for people who are used to self-washes requiring quarters.

I must admit, one of the best car wash on that side of town. Unfortunately I use my debit card for $2vacuum( second machine on the left from the front entrance) and it charged me $10… i would suggest to use cash if you ever go..

I was so excited to finally find a touch less car wash in Birmingham!!! Unfortunately the Drive through touch less car wash will take your $11 and leak green chemicals all over your car. You will have to pay more money to clean the chemicals off in a bay after you use it…The drying process does not work either. If you go here make sure to not use the touchless car was just the bays. I really wish this touchless car wash worked as I would frequent it often!
