Hello, My name is Prince Hardy and I'm writing this to inform the bakery managers Edmund Joseph and Michael Parish on how such a horrible experience turned into a wonder experience. On January 17,2024 I came into the Lee Branch location to order a special birthday cake. I showed the representative the picture of what I was wanting and they insured me that they could make something similar to what I showed them. At that time I set the cake to be picked up on Friday January 19th @ 4:00pm. January 19th comes and I running a little late due to work but I get to the store around 5:30pm. When I arrive I was greeted and the representative went back to get the cake. IT WAS 100% HORRIBLE. Another representative that was working in the back (now I know to be Emmiline) saw the expression on my face and came to assist. Emmiline looked at the cake and the first thing she said to me was "IM SORRY, DO YOU HAVE 10 MINS SO I CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?" I told her yes and showed her exactly what I was wanting. Emmiline made the exact cake with the exact colors that I was wanting in literally 10 mins. Due to Emmiline's AMAZING customer service and wiliness stop what she was doing to fix an issue that could have ruined a birthday, I will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

Bakery and Meat departments frequently do not have products we need. One bakery employee, in particular, has a bad attitude. Apparently, the manager's instructions do not seem to be of concern to some of the employees.

All the meats are kept at the wrong temperature and almost all of them are spoiled. All the chicken was yellow. I need you to get your act together, Publix!

A Publix is a Publix but this is the one I frequent the most. The staff is always friendly and helpful.The bakery staff here is wonderful too. I got my desserts from here recently, a fruit tarte and a cake bar. I need a gluten free option too, and usually this means some half thought out option, but here they had three mini cake squares.Each was decorated simply but had the effort of being decorated which was a huge bonus for me.I also shop with a disability, and the one time I ran into an issue the gentleman at the butcher was extremely friendly and quick to help me back on track without making a scene about it.

As a busy Realtor always on the go, I appreciate the convenience that Publix Market at The Village at Lee Branch offers. The location is perfect, and I can quickly grab everything I need for my groceries. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized. Whether I'm stocking up for the week or picking up a last-minute item, Publix is my go-to spot for stress-free shopping. Highly recommended for professionals on the move!

I ordered my spouses 65th bday cake at bakery. First it wasn't found. Then it surfaced after several phone calls. Someone took a chocolate cake, smeared cherry filling all on top. What a mess! It was suppose to be black forest cake, cherry/raspberry filling on the inside w/butter creme icing. No greeting or anything on top! I made this reservation two months in advance. No one took responsibility for this mess up. I was charged full price. We have used this bakery for fifteen years. Every year it is the same cake. Something had to change with staff. They all know he is the only one who still orders the black forest cake with cherry filling!

Chris that works in the Deli made me have a fantastic experience at this Publix. My boyfriend and I came late to get a chicken tender wrap, which was our first time ever trying it. He made sure our experience was fantastic and he was very patient with us even though it was late in the night and almost closing. His service makes me want to comeback and highly recommend for people to try the deli for sandwiches/wrap:

I’ll give them two stars for the ability to have a person check out my grocery items. My last visit here, I had to throw out half of my produce because the grapes and rhubarb were quickly going bad & despite a solid expiration date on the green wise milk there was Chunks of white stuff, floating and sticking to the sides & bottom of the glass and before I could drink it all it had developed a nasty taste. Additionally, I find it shocking that they still sell eggs in Styrofoam containers. Current estimates for Styrofoam to decompose place it anywhere from 500 to 2000 years.

Steer clear of Cortney and Tracey in the Deli, they shine with negativity and unneeded comments about their co-workers. Tracey was also EXTREMELY rude with a special needs customer, Never have I felt so uncomfortable ordering a sandwich.
