Publix gave me free flowers for my 1 Year Anniversary. They are pretty and I got them on my actual Birthday yesterday. Sweet Surprise. They have A Very Professional Manager Ron and Associate Josiah. Each time I visit this location All Staff are accommodating, courteous and polite. 2 Thumbs Up to them.

The Publix Lakeshore pharmacy is the best ! All the staff are efficient, customer focused and very cordial.

Good Publix, good staff and service, but sometimes does not have enough fruits and vegetables. I go there once every few weeks and sometimes they do not have enough ripe, not rotten fruits and vegetables.

I always go in for their sushi and poppi sodas for lunch after class. This store is always stocked and the people are friendly.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

This Publix is much like the other Publix stores I visit in the area. I generally have no issue finding what I need and the employees and friendly and helpful. That's honestly a true testament to how well Publix is able to fund people that align with their company's standard. This location is normally where we get our seafood to cook. It's conveniently located. We never have any issues with parking. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

I really love this Publix location. The employees here are always friendly and ready to help. The store itself is kept very clean and items are organized and easy to find. I also like the fact that this location is not in a heavy trafficked area so getting in and out is a quick process. Even though I am closer to the green springs location I would much rather shop here.

A beautiful store. The people are so kind and helpful. The service paired with the green and soothing ambiance makes for an ideal shopping experience. Our cashier and Bagger, William and AJ were A+.. their humor put a sparkle in my eye.

My husband and I went into Publix tonight to grab a few things, so we decided to use self checkout since it wasn't much. Well, after every item we scanned (and placed in the bagging area to be weighed), it told us there was an error and an employee would need to help. Okay, sure, no problem. Machines aren't always 100%, anyone knows that. Well, after getting this message after every. Single. Item, the associate working self checkout came up to my husband and I and immediately said "you're running into the scale, which is why it messed up" which would be a fine response had the employee not said it to us as if we were the biggest and stupidest inconvenience. She never made eye contact or even looked us in the face and then spoke to us this way. Well, we called to file a complaint about the way we were spoken to and the customer service representative did apologize, but then proceeded to explain how to work self checkout. WE. KNOW. HOW. TO. USE. SELF. CHECKOUT. it's not necessarily new technology, it's been around. I called because of the way I was spoken to, not because I'm too stupid to figure out how to checkout. Don't waste your time here.

I really like the new layout of these newer Publix's. They have a great deli station with lots of pre made meals, great selection of non fried meals to choose from. This location is new but it is always so clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great beer selection here as well, that alone is enough to keep me coming back. Great selection of local and domestic beers to choose from. I'm starting to see a lot of sold out items coming back in stock at this location. I would check here if you have been looking every where else for hard to find item.

I'm a fan of publix in general, but this is honestly the best one I've been to. It's relatively new and has a upscale feel! The deli section is expanded at this location, soups, sandwiches, olive bar, take and bake meals and side dishes. They seem to carry an even wider variety of items (various flavors of items, more options) than our other local store. This location also carries more plant based meat alternatives. The employees at this store are super helpful! One of my favorite this is they have self-check out! Only negative is the area where the bags are is very touchy so I often have to get an employee to come clear the error message if I move the bag too quickly. Every time I've been though, they have an employee dedicated to the self check out area so it was not difficult to get help.
